The provision of facilities to the residents in and around Whittlebury to undertake and enjoy a variety of events, including a HUG Friday Coffee Morning, a season of Film Nights, Karate Club, Church Fete, Evening classes and lectures together with meetings of the Youth Club. The Playing Field also continues to be open daily for use by the children and families of the village.

Truro Choral Society is an unauditioned mixed choir of approximately 150 members. Rehearsals are held weekly to prepare for three/four public performances each year. These take place in Truro Cathedral/local churches.

The Society offers grants to families to prevent or relieve poverty where children and young people are in need, hardship or distress - to enable those children to achieve their potential and have the prospect of becoming useful in the world.
