The mission of Irish Church Missions is to evangelize all the peoples of Ireland. Our work in the Republic of Ireland is based in Dublin and is essentially to teach people how to teach the Bible; training students to listen and respond to God's Word properly. In addition the Charity seeks to plant new Churches and spread the gospel.

Church, presenting God's living message to all, and other charitable activities such as: serving the local community, children, young people, the elderly and those with chronic illness; provision of facilities for a wide range of community activities and groups; serving communities in certain needy parts of the world.

We try to enable ordinary people to live out their faith as part of our parish community through:- Worship and prayer, learning about the Gospel, and developing their knowledge and trust in Jesus;- Provision of pastoral care for people living in the parish;- initiating and supporting activities in the parish community- Christian mission and outreach .

Bethesda Methodist Church serves the Leckhampton community of Cheltenham offering a welcoming and caring approach to church activities both within the building and surrounding areas.

To undertake church activities comprising the renewal, worship and teaching services.

Provide religious and pastrol education to children and accomadate community worship and events.

To preserve Horton Chapel for the benefit of the local community, by running a not for profit community arts centre. Including social and community activities as well as promoting education in and appreciation of the arts, local history and creative activities the promote well-being for the public benefit of people of all ages living working and studying in the borough of Epsom and Ewell.

Running regular weekly church services throughout the city, with smaller communities coming together weekly as well as larger celebrations with all the Global churches joining together six to eight times a year.

The Church is a meeting place where people from many cultures and backgrounds come together in a spirit offriendship and acceptance of all people's backgrounds. We seek to be of service through the Church charitable projects basedin the Tab Centre complex. These projects seek to be socially inclusive for all people, providing services that target'poverty, and discrimination.

The PCC co-operates with the incumbent, the Rev'd R Henderson in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the church. It also has maintenance responsibilities for the church buildings and churchyard of St Michael's and the church buildings at St Luke's. In planning the church's activities the members of the PCC kept in mind the charity commission's guidance on public benefit.
