Indian Muslim Welfare Society (IMWS) is based in Batley, West Yorkshire. IMWS ownes a 4 1/2 acre community enterprise centre called AL-HIKMAH CENTRE. IMWS offers education/training opportunities, healthy living initiatives, sport/recreation/childcare/women and youth facilities. The centre is an ideal venue for conferences/weddings and other events and attracts over 200,000 centre users each year.

The charity provides Islamic and national curriculum education to children and young people. In order to achieve this the charity provides up-to-date modern buildings, good lecturers, modern equipment, friendly environment, best facilities and open space.

Mainly concentrate on children religious education, collect money as donation from mosque, individual and trustees.

The prevention or relief of poverty anywhere in the world by providing grants, items and services to individuals in need and organisations.

The charity aims to advance the Islamic religion by providing a mosque with facilities and staff to hold prayers, lectures, visits, and celebrate festivals for members of the public. Alhuda Welfare Foundation is a Charity that endeavours to propagate Islamic values and philosophy based on the doctrines of the Quran and the Sunnah as a means to attain harmony within oneself, the society and the environment, as a whole.
