The Parochial Church Council of Lawford exists to promote the Christian Gospel - the good news of Jesus Christ, to those who live and work in the parish of Lawford and beyond.

The advancement of the Christian faith through the preaching and proclamation of the Christian gospel and through serving our community to meet spiritual, mental, emotional and physical needs. We offer activities and support for all ages, through midweek programs, local feeding programs for those suffering with food poverty, education mentoring, and regular public worship for all.

Conducting public church services; children's and youth work; pastoral ministry to members and attenders in need; Bible study and Prayer meetings; supporting Christian individuals and organisations in the UK and overseas.

Regular worship, open to all. Promotion of Christianity by staging events and meetings; taking religious assemblies in schools; providing a youth group with a Christian ethos; promoting the Church's mission through activities for all; supporting other charities; teaching Christianity through sermons, courses and groups; visiting the sick and bereaved; the provision of a sacred place for prayer.

WE PROMOTE THE THE WHOLE MISSION OF THE CHURCH: WORSHIP, PASTORAL, EVANGELISM, SOCIAL AND ECUMENICAL. FAITH GROWTH GROUPS ENCOURAGE FELLOWSHIP, PRAYER, BIBLE STUDY AND OUTREACH, THROUGH USE OF ALPHA COURSES, MESSY CHURCH AND VISUAL ARTS COURSES. GODLY PLAY HAS BEEN USED REGULARLY WITH YOUNG SAINTS AND FOR BAPTISM PREPARATION.CONTRIBUTIONS AND FUND-RAISING PROVIDE THE INCOME.

Provision of activities to both members and community aiming to show the love of Jesus Christ in both word and deed, including provision of regular public services of Christian worship, children?s activities, toddler groups and a ?Pastimes? group mainly for older folk plus various other activities throughout the year. The Church has also been active in the formation of the Rickmansworth food bank.

The charitable objectives of the Temple Bar Trust are simply: To advance for the public benefit by: Education, knowledge and research in respect of the practice, science, art, history, conservation and preservation of architecture;Education in respect of the architecture and history of the City of London; and Education in respect of the historic structure of Temple Bar, including education

The PCC has the responsibility of cooperating with the Priest in Charge, in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish of St Andrew by the Wardrobe the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical.

THE CHURCH'S OBJECT ("THE OBJECT") IS TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF BELIEFS AND APPENDICES ATTACHED TO THIS CONSTITUTION.

We produce a preaching plan to ensure regular acts of worship take place at each of the Methodist Churches in our geographical area. These are open to all people, without charge. We are involved with outreach in the communities. We confirm our regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit.

We promote the whole mission of the Church; teaching Christianity through Sunday worship, courses & small groups; and providing regular public worship open to all. We support the work of other UK charities financially.

We are a local church gathering people in the Salisbury area, creating a place where people can grow in relationship with God, and express His love to others - thus enriching people's lives and our whole community.

Regular public worship open to all and the provision of sacred space for personal prayer. Pastoral care including visiting the sick and the bereaved. Teaching of Christianity through sermons and small groups. The provision of a youth club with a Christian ethos. Supporting other charities in the UK and overseas.

As a new church meeting in Falmouth we have regular Sunday Services where we pray, sing and talk about the teachings of Jesus. We also meet on a Sunday to practically help the local community once a month - refurbishing play areas or painting and cleaning as required by the local community. We meet mid-week as smaller groups to discuss life and the bible and support one another. All are welcome
