The charity provides religious needs of Sikh community. We arrange Sikh collective worship, Sikh weddings, celebrate Sikh festivals. We also cater for individual family's functions i.e. birthdays and family group meetings. We provide educational facilities. We provide advice and information about social and legal matters. The charity provides and maintains almshouses and a chapel, within a conservation area, in the town of Sandwich. The almshouses are allocated to needy and predominantly elderly people residing in Sandwich or the adjoining parishes of Worth, Eastry, Woodnesborough and Ash. The chapel is used as a place of worship for residents and the local community.

The charity provides accommodation for the Kensit Evangelical Church as well as for the London Theological Seninary. It also provides accommodation and meals for the living-in students.
