The Stewards' Trust is a Christian teaching charity, seeking to promote and encourage the Christian faith by providing Bible-based teaching, worship and ministry in a relaxed setting. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION ACROSS THE 10 CHURCHES OFTHE BODMIN, PADSTOW AND WADEBRIDGE CIRCUIT THROUGH THE EFFECTIVEDEPLOYMENT OF RESOURCES OF MINISTRY, INCLUDING PEOPLE (BOTH STAFF ANDVOLUNTEERS), PROPERTY AND FINANCE

The care of priests who have to retire from full-time ministry and also catering for priests and religious brothers and sisters who need time to make a retreat, rest after missionary work or post-operative care or rest.Help is extended to all people in need and special attention is given to the care of the homeless, families in need and orphans.

The charity's current activities are: Church services, Organising various missionary activities, Community and outreach events, welfare support to members and organising conferences and events.

We run various activities for all ages, from community drop-ins, deaf ministry and cafe through to Sunday worship services and children and youth programs. We also have various weekly and monthly activities for all ages where people can share life together. We have locations in Stafford, Stone, Cannock. We support various projects overseas too. The charity's activities are The Promotion of Religion (Christianity) THE PROVISION OF 11 CHURCHES FOR PRAYER AND WORSHIP. PROVIDING REGILAR SERVICES OF PUBLIC WORSHIP. TEACHING CHRISTIANITY THROUGH SERMONS, SCHOOLS, BREAVED OR ANYONE IN DIFFICULTY. SUPPORTING OTHER CHARITIES IN THE UK AND OVERSEAS. Act as an umbrella for the local churches within the Circuit. Provision of services for them, eg preparation of preaching plan, organisation of pastoral care within the communities covered, organisation of events, etc.

The Trust's primary aim is the support of evangelical Christian projects, Christian evangelism and the advancement of the translation, reading,study and teaching of the Bible. It fulfils this aim by the making of donations for these purposes to institutions or individuals.

The Charity is responsible for Lifespring, providing Bible teaching, pastoral care for members and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.We work with Christians Against Poverty in areas such as Debt Advice and lifeskillsThere is involvement and support for a church in Romania and another in Zambia and surrounding African Countries

To support rural churches in their growth and development and assist in the planting of new rural churches.

The advancement of the Roman Catholic religion through parish - based ministries, educational support, spiritual guidance, missionary work and specific grant making projects. The Trustees also provide support and life-long care and maintenance for those Fathers in retirement from full-time active ministry.

Worship; Prayer; financial and prayer support of missionary activity in UK and elsewhere; support for members of the Church family and others, parish share (funding for diocese); children and young people; local community support (e.g. mums & toddlers' groups, CAP, Street Pastors, Weymouth foodbank, healing on the streets, soup-run); provision of church halls (for use in local community support)
