Makes grants to Church of England Schools in Offley and Cockernhoe. Gives financial assistance to persons of either sex, who are resident in Offley and who have not attained the age of 25 years; for outfits, clothing, tools, instruments or books in order to prepare for, or to enter, a profession, trade or calling.

The charity's activities are the provision of support to low paid missionaries and their families and similar causes.

Promotion of the Christian religion particularly through evangelism and teaching the Christian faith to Christians and the teaching of moral truth.

The charity supports the work of St Laurence Church Reading by contributing to clergy stipend and worship resources.

The objects of the trust deed are to make grants for general charitable purposes at the discretion of the trustees. In practice, a policy reflecting the interests of the settlers has been implemented, whereby grants are made under the following headings, health, homelessness, Quaker causes/institutions, support groups and third world. The trust does not accept unsolicited applications.

Area of benefit is the "Ancient Parish of Tarvin" plus the village of Huxley (as part of the ecclesiastical Parish of St Peter, Hargrave), Cheshire.Support and maintenance of the Parish Church of St Peter, Hargrave and associated buildings/land provided for community use.

It provides a Parish venue for the following activities :-YWC meetings, Parish Council meetings,Bowls Club,Childrens Dance Classes,Theatre events,Church events,Social venues ( Weddings,Funerals ,Christenings and Parties), Government Elections and Craft Fairs.It is the only public building except for the church in this rural parish.

Sunday meetings for preaching, teaching, worship, prayer: Coffee mornings provide instruction, support, fellowship: Support groups - drug & alcohol rehabilitation, mental health, veterans, other support groups as requested. Evening meetings provide teaching, encouragement, support, and fellowship: Support to the community: Operational base for Street pastors evening patrols, Place of Welcome.

Events and activities open to whole community to raise funds for extra school resources and equipment, for benefit of all our primary school children

The Foundation exists solely for the benefit of Ranelagh School, its staff and pupils in accordance with the terms set out in Paragraph 8 of the 1958 Scheme document

Financial support for Little Malvern Priory, especially towards the maintenance and repair of the fabric and the furniture and fittings of the church.

Further religion by the provision and maintenance of a church hall to be used for any religious and charitable purpose calculated to promote the spiritual moral intellectual and physical improvement or welfare or the reasonable recreational advantage or benefit of the parishioners and worshippers of the Church of St Mary's at Clymping or other persons.

To advance religion in accordance with the Jewish faith by the provsion of a synagogue for the purpose of pubic worship and to advance education amongst children and adults in conetmporary Judaism, Jewish history, culture, theology and literugy and the understanding of multi-cultural Judaism.

Fundraising activites for Sinai School

The charity's principal activity consists in providing accommodation, for social and group activities, by way of Holy Innocents' Community Hall for the use of members of Holy Innocents' Church and for the wider community of Worcestershire.

For and towards the charges of the necessary repairs and routine maintenance of the parish church and churchyard.

Provides support for Eastern Jewry Synagogue and community activities.

The Charity makes donations generally, but not exclusively, to other charities wholly or mainly associated with, or in support of, the church of england, the armed forces and education.
