The Breathing Space programme run by the Centre teaches Mindfulness Based Approaches to help prevent relapse into depression and addiction and to manage stress and anxiety.

Padmaloka is a UK Buddhist retreat centre for men and hosts retreats exploring Buddhism, Buddhist Meditation and study.
