Religion Charities

The principal activity of the charity is that of the general education of the public on matters relating to the Jewish people.

We exist for the purpose of organising regular Christian worship in Sweffling and for maintaining the fabric of our historic parish church. We contribute financially to Christian mission in the UK and to overseas aid/famine relief.

The object of East Cheshire Quaker Meeting is the furtherance of the general religious and charitable purposes of the Religious Sociery of Friends (Quakers) in Britain in the area of East Cheshire Quaker Meeting and beyond

To advance the Christian religion in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing by the care, maintenance and preservation of the fabric, fittings, ornaments and furnishings of the Church of St Endellion, North Cornwall.

Christian centre comprising a cafe and bookshop.

Social & Educational support for the pupils of Hutton Church of England Grammar School

Providing/assisting in provision of such special benefits of a kind not normally provided by L.E.A or Threlkeld C of E school as may be agreed between the trustees and the school managers/governors after consultation with L. E. Authority. Promoting the education including social & physical training of persons under 25 years who are resident in the Ecclesiastical Parish of St. Mary, Threlkeld.

Funds are used to enhance the education and resources on offer at school.

Traditional Village Hall for use by local community, including Church for fund raising and other activities.

The objects of the Society are the preservation, repair and maintenance of the fabric and curtilage of the Parish Church of S. Nicholas and the Village Hall in the Parish of Silton, Dorset, its organ and bells, and providing such furnishings furniture fittings and structures both interior, exterior and in the curtilage as may be considered appropriate by the Committee of the Society

Provision of Building and Minister for Protestant worship in Fulwood, Sheffield

Supporting All Saints Church of England Primary School, Sapcote, Leicestershire

The objects of the charity are the promotion and advancement of the Roman Catholic religion by supporting the Pope through the dissemination of the teachings of the Church and the establishment and maintenance of a fund, the income and capital of which are to be applied to assist in defraying the expenses of the Pope in furthering his apostolic ministry.

The Trustees objectives are to advance the Christian faith by the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ and the building up of His body the church by whatever means at their disposal within the terms of the Trust Deed. The Trustees distribute money received to help towards Ministry and Outreach primarily, but not exclusively within Eastbourne and the surrounding neighbourhood.

PROVIDE BENEFITS FOR MARSH BALDON C OF E PRIMARY SCHOOL, PROMOTION OF RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION AND GRANTS TO LOCAL INDIVIDUALS TO PROMOTE EDUCATION.

The provision and maintenance of a memorial chapel together with three small dwelling houses.

To provide funds for The Vicar and Churchwardens of Newark Parish Church and The Rector Of Newark`s Discretionary Fund

FUNDRAISING FOR EQUIPMENT AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE PUPILS OF EUXTON CE PRIMARY

TO RAISE MONEY THROUGH VARIOUS FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES TO FUND FURTHER RESOURCES AND ACTIVITES FOR THE CHILDREN OF GREAT HORWOOD C/E SCHOOL, NOT PROVIDED THROUGH THE USUAL FUNDING.

CHURCH REQUIREMENTS

We make grants to the Parochial Church Council for work to improve the fabric of the church and we raise funds for this purpose. We also carry out regular reviews of our investments.

Local Community events aimed at the families in the vicinity of the school.

THE CHARITY RAISES MONEY TO PROVIDE GRANTS FOR WORK ON THE FABRIC OF ST MARY'S CHURCH, HADLEIGH, SUFFOLK AND ALSO THE DEANERY TOWER IN HADLEIGH.

Carlisle Music Society organises and promotes six classical chamber music concerts per annum (Winter season). These concerts are given in St Cuthbert's Church, Carlisle.
