Religion Charities

The charity makes donations to church and other charitable activities.

We look after the funds of the charity and give income for special projects at St Pauls C of E School.We have not made any grants to the School since 2009 as the treasurer was ill and died 2 years ago, but things are getting sorted out now with some new trustees and we will be making grants for the school from the income within the next year.

Receipt of a small income from trust land which is then donated to other village and church charities in the village of Surlingham.

To improve, protect and preserve Stanmer village, Brighton, and its environs for the benefit of the public, including Stanmer church and the local rural history museum;To campaign; to educate public opinion; to make representations at public enquiries in support of the above objectives;

We can make grants to Societies of the New Church in Great Britain which are affiliated to the General Conference of the New Church towards the cost of maintaining their religious activities, for example, by improving or renovating their premises.

Aston Village Hall is the only community meeting place servicing the villages of Aston, Willoughbridge and Weymouth. It provides a venue for meetings, fitness activities, church services and community events. The trustees hold a number of social events and activities every year.

Money raised to provide equipment and foreign exchanges for pupils of Richard Coates C of E Primary School

Our object is the preservation, repair, restoration and maintenance of the fabric of Michelmersh Parish Church and the major fittings, furniture and ornaments of the church, also to foster interest in the preservation of the church.

Financial support for the Rector and Churchwardens of South Petherton Church to assist in the maintenence and improvement of the fabric of the church.

To promote religious instruction in accordance with the Doctrines of the Church Of England for the benefit of children in the area of Northwood and Cowes (The Ancient Parish of Northwood) on the Isle of Wight.

Gives grants to Saint Margaret's Parish Church Parochial Church Council for improvements to the churchyard amenity as a public place in West Hoathly Village.

We produce and publish a quarterly magazine called The Flame for the spread of evangelical Christian truth, in particular the deepening of spiritual life and the encouragement of Christian witness and service.

Charity organises various functions such as celebration of Hindu festivals, sporting events and women's groups, to raise funds for its charitable objects of relieving poverty and sickness, advancing education and Hindu religion amongst the Prajapati community.

The promotion of religious teaching - Church of England - within the parish of Whittington, Shropshire and the maintenance and upkeep of St John The Baptist Church, Whittington.

Throughout the Coventry Diocese the Guild encourages the recruitment and training of members in the art of change ringing; promotes the proper use of belfries and bells and fosters ringing for services. This is achieved by holding regular meetings of ringers in each of the Guild's districts and as a whole Guild, supporting each others' towers and updating members via newletters and a website.
