The Friends of Canterbury Cathedral work to contribute financially and directly to many individual and vital prokects which ensure the conservation and preservation of Canterbury Cathedral for generations to come.

Wythenshawe Community Church and Wythenshawe Youth and Community Centre provides services for the community. We aim to improve the social wellbeing of all members of the community and in so doing fulfilling the Lord's commandments.

Holy Trinity and St Matthias Church PCC has the responsibility for co-ordinating with the incumbent, in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish, the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. It also has maintenance responsibilities for the Parish Church complex of Holy Trinity and St Matthias Church.

The regular public worship open to all. Pastoral work, including visiting the sick and the bereaved. Teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups. Taking of religious assemblies in schools. The provision of youth clubs with a Christian ethos. Promotion of Christianity through meetings and the distribution of literature. Supporting other charities in the UK and overseas.

The Anglican parish for South East Canterbury promoting therein the Christian Faith, good community relations, care for all, especially the disadvantaged, welcoming of visitors, friendly relations with other churches in the City, and responsible for the maintenance of two historic churches, one of which is part of the Canterbury World Heritage Site and is the oldest parish church in England.

To run training sessions for the local economically disadvantaged people specially for NEET(not in employment, education or in training) young people. To run prayer sessions for the local Muslim community; To run elderly and pensioners club for the local multi faith and multi cultural residents. We run supernumerary and home work tuition class for the KS2-KS3 age groups.

St John's and St Peter's exists to maintain and proclaim the Christian faith in accordance with the doctrine of the Church of England as revealed in the Holy Bible. All activity seeks to support this aim and as such we work with people of all ages and in partnership with home and overseas mission agencies.

Wye PCC is committed to making the gospel of Jesus Christ accessable as possible to the people of the parish and to all who visit or pass through. A C of E Church which carries out parochial duties in the parish of Penketh. We run a community centre serving refreshments and hiring out rooms for various community activities. We run a smaller building which also serves refreshments which caters mainly for pensioners, we also hire out the hall for smaller community activities.
