TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC RELIGION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE WORLD FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE HOLDING OF MEETINGS, LECTURES [PUBLIC CELEBRATION OF RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS] PRODUCING AND/OR DISTRIBUTING LITERATURE ON AND TO ENLIGHTEN OTHERS ABOUT THE ISLAMIC RELIGION. THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS.

Our aim is to empower and support community organisations with programmes that help them to engage and nurture young people of faith and no faith on a weekly basis in their community. We do this through a bespoke training and coaching programme that addresses the local needs of young people in each community.

Religious Activities

The Church's activities include main worship services, prayer ministries, youth events and study groups. The charity runs a not for profit ice cream shop for the local community and also uses the shop premises for social events, which includes events where local people can socialise and engage in different activities and seek guidance in the Christian faith.

Religious and social activities as part of The Church in Wales

In order to achieve the charity's objectives of advancing Orthodox Judaism, Orthodox Jewish education and preventing and relieving poverty, the charity provides grants, items and services to institutions and individuals in need. The charitable activity takes place in England & Wales, United States of America, Israel and Europe.

The furtherance of the general religious and charitable purposes of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in Britain in the area of the Area Meeting and beyond

As representative of the Chapters of the Anglican cathedrals, the AEC deals with governmental agencies, central Church bodies and other organisations on behalf of the cathedrals, although it cannot commit any individual Chapter to a specific decision. It also promotes the role of cathedrals and encourages sharing of best practice and information to assist cathedrals in fulfilling their purposes.

Rissho Kosei-kai of the UK is a Sangha (community) composed of ordinary men and women who have faith in the Buddha and strive to enrich their spirituality by applying his teachings in their daily lives. At both the local community and international levels, Sangha members are very active in promoting peace and well-being through altruistic activities and cooperation with other organisations.
