Church of England Church in the Diocese of Portsmouth

As an active and contemporary church, regeneration seeks to relate to the needs of the emerging generation of Christians and non-Christians today. The events, services, and projects we share in are designed to communicate the message of Jesus Christ through clear words and loving actions. We work hard at making the Good News of Jesus Christ accessible to today's society.

Preaching and witnessing to the Gospel of the risen Lord Jesus Christ. Church services on Sunday and midweek. Childrens activities on Sunday, pre-school groups during week, youth groups Friday evening, older adults group with lunch fortnightly, bible study groups, prayer groups, ad hoc social events. Giving to missionary societies and other Christian charity appeals. Coffee mornings, Alpha etc.

The provision of regular public acts of worship open to members of the church and non-members alike.The teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups.The sharing and letting of premises for use by other churches and community groups.

RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES AND MINISTRY TO GENERAL PUBLIC

The primary object of all PCCs is the promotion of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ according to the doctrines and practices of the Church of England. The PCC (Powers) Measure 1956 states that the PCC 'is to co-operate with the Minister in promoting in the parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical'.

The advancement of the Christian faith in the UK for the public benefit, mainly, but not exclusively, bymeans of supporting the establishment of new Church Groups, and providing administration, professionaland technical support, and guidance to new and established Church Groups, and other ministries, and inparticular, but without limitation, those connected with the Free Methodist Church UK.

The CIO represents Grace Church Hackney, a Church of England congregation operating under a Bishop's Mission Order conducting worship services and acts of charitable faith in the local community and beyond in London.

TO PROVIDE PLACES AND FACILITIES FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL RELIGIOUS RIGHTS CONNECTED WITH THE APPERTAINING TO MUSLIM BIRTHS, MARRIAGES AND DEATHS. MAKE EFFORTS TO CULTIVATE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD AMONGST THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY AND ESPECIALLY AMONGST ITS MEMBERS. TO ADVANCE THE CULTURAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS OF MUSLIMS. TO CO-ORDINATE ISLAMIC ACTIVITIES IN THE DEWSBURY AREA AND IN GENERAL ALSO.

Our mission: To witness God's love to the Chinese people in the Oxford area and nurture believers to become faithful disciples of Jesus Christ our Lord. We have Sunday services with Sunday school for youth and children, Bible study groups in different locations in Oxfordshire, Language Fellowship cell groups (in Mandarin, Cantonese & English), Sisterhood Fellowship and X-Life Student Fellowship.

- Providing resources and information regarding different aspects of older age to equip Christians and churches to better serve older people. This is predominantly provided via the website.- The website also hosts a national directory of church run activities for older people in the wider community to attend. E.g. A lunch club.- Being a Christian voice for older people, across Society.

We support unpaid carers by providing essential respite breaks, allowing them time to rest and recharge at Ince Blundell Hall. Our work helps sustain carers' well-being, ensuring they can continue their vital role with renewed energy and support.

The advancement of the Sikh religion in accordance with Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. In particular but not exclusively by, the provision of a centre for religious worship and ancillary educational activities, fostering brotherhood between Sikhs and all faiths and the preaching, preservation and practice of the Sikh principles which have been laid by the Guru's.

To further the study and dissemination of the Holy Scriptures and Protestant Evangelical doctrines in such a way as the trustees think fit. These objects are achieved by the distribution of grants to Christian charities.

The purposes of the Methodist Church are and shall be deemed to have been since the date of union theadvancement of -(a) the Christian faith in accordance with the doctrinal standards and the discipline of the MethodistChurch;(b) any charitable purpose for the time being of any Connexional, district, circuit, local or otherorganisation of the Methodist Church;(c) any charitable purpose

THE AIM OF THE EDUCATIONAL TRUST IS TO PROVIDE THE AUTHENTIC QUR'AN TEACHING TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY;TO PROVIDE THE BEST QUR'AN STUDY PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN OF ALL AGES AND OF DIFFERENT CAPABILITIES;AND TO PROMOTE QUR'AN STUDIES THROUGH EDUCATIONAL CLASSES,CONFERENCES,ACTIVITIES,TRIPS,PUBLICATIONS,ETC

The Methodist Church Barnsley North East seeks to share the gospel of Christ in the communities it serves. It maintains a Christian presence in the communities of Hemsworth, Brierley, Ryhill, Cudworth, Monk Bretton, Athersley (New Hope) and Staincross/Mapplewell by holding weekly Christian worship, groups to study the bible & Christian principles and running activities to support the community.
