Religion Charities

The general objects of the Charity are religious and charitable, specifically for charitable purposes in connection with the Roman Catholic Religion and to provide for its members and enable them to further its mission of making Christ the Saviour more widely known.

The principal aims of the charity are the support of the charitable purposes connected with the Roman Catholic religion and the charitable work of the Order. The majority of active Friars are engaged in parochial work and operate from communities located in the four parishes.

St Thomas Crookes is an Anglican/Baptist LEP church in Sheffield. The vision of the church, as it stands alongside others in serving the city of Sheffield, is simply to be 'for the city'.

The charity advances the Buddhist religion by overseeing the training and ordination of new members of the Triratna Buddhist Order and by making the teaching of Buddhist as presented by Urgyen Sangharakshita available on an international basis to the general public. The charity operates a retreat and study centre located in Herefordshire open to anyone interested in exploring Buddhism.

St Michael's Church Centre Ltd operates the St Michael's Church Centre to serve both the Parish of St Michael's Stoke Gifford and the community as well as the wider church and to advance the Christian religion.

Our charity has been formed to build and develop a Community Centre both for worship and for community use by the people of Ringlestone and Springfield Maidstone, replacing the old St Faith's Church Hall in Ringlestone. The building project started with contractors on site from October 2021, and was completed in July 2023 and is now open for use.

Promoting the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical to the city.

THE LIC PROVIDES A PLACE OF WORSHIP FOR MUSLIMS INCLUDING THE 5 DAILY PRAYERS, THE JUMU'A FRIDAY PRAYER, THE TARAWIH PRAYERS IN RAMADAN AND THE 2 'EID PRAYERS. WE PROVIDE DAILY LESSONS IN ARABIC AND THE QUR'AN FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN AND INFORMATION AND KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE TEACHINGS OF ISLAM FOR ANYONE WHO SEEKS IT. WE ALSO ASSIST IN FEEDING THE HUNGRY AND RELIEVING THE POOR BY SHARING ZAKAT.

The PCC of All Saints Fulham oversees services of worship and charitable activities for the benefit of all the people in its parish. We are a very inclusive church and wish to support all people of all ages in our community.
