The Trust continues to further the objective stated in its Declaration of Trust, namely the advancement of the Christian Faith, in particular by the maintenance of a church based in Clitheroe. The church works towards the following aims: to worship and pray, to be bible-based, to love and enable one another, to serve and reach out.

The Trust maintains a Christian Ministry to seafarers and their families by the provision of a reading room, chapel and recreational facilities for the use of the inhabitants of Whitby.

We have four funds. Relief in need, education, public purposes & church. They are self explanitory, except that the church fund is a share of our net income. Our area of benefit is limited to the urban & rural districts of Whittlesey. Applications from outside our district will perhaps not receive a reply.

The school aims to promote and advance education and for these purposes to establish maintain and carry on schools, nurseries, care clubs and educational institutions in accordance with the schools Articles of Association.

THE PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY DURING THE YEAR CONTINUED TO BE THE PROMOTION OF CHRISTIAN SERVICE IN THE COMMUNITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

Provide a place of worship and education

Celebrate all Hindu festivals, Run classes promoting Hindu culture and arts e.g Classical dance, Bollywood dancing, rangoli competitions. Run classes teaching English & Gujarati Invite experts to give advice on health and benefits. Run over 60's club, Women's Forum, & Youth club, to raise awareness of Hinduism among youngsters from 6 years and over & parents.

Within the year, the charity made a total of 50 donations to the Evangelical Christian faith in all parts of the UK. Total donations amounted to -ú105,945.

The church's objects are:1. The advancement of the Christian faith and the worship of God;2. To provide relief to people who are in need, hardship or distress, who are aged or sick;3. The advancement of education on the basis of Christian principles.

We are a Christian church based in Harrogate and meeting Sunday mornings, 10am at 93 High Street, Starbeck, HG2 7LH. We operate various activities including Sunbeams (mother and toddler group), Extend (for the over 60's), CAP Release (for those with life controlling dependencies), CAP Life Skills (helping those on low income), CAP Job Club (for unemployed), children & youth work.

THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITHCHIEFLY THROUGH EVANGELISM CHURCH MEETINGS & MISSIONARY SUPPORT

To promote, advance and maintain the Dzogchen teachings and practise in its Buddhist and other forms throughtout the UK. To promote greeater understanding of Tibetan culture and traditions according to the teachings and spiritual guidance of Namkhai Rinpoche and his nominated sucerssors.

The Charity makes grants as funds permit to the Dean and Chapter of Lincoln Cathedral towards the worship, maintenance, preservation, improvement or repair of the fittings, ornaments, furniture and monuments in Lincoln Cathedral, and the furthering of schemes to set forward it's beauty safety or utility.

Franche Community Church is about building relationships which are accepting and caring, impacting and meeting needs in our community with the love of God, through pastoral ministry and practical actions. We have been operating an independent food bank from the church plus bread distribution by recommendation only, to the many needy people including via schools in the area.

The charity produces a bi-annual journal and occasional newsletter. It holds an annual conference and an annual pilgrimage to the shrine of St Alban. An office is maintained to receive public enquiries, together with an extensive reference library and a website giving information about the Fellowship. Grants are awarded.

The charity operates for the welfare of St. Nicolas Church.
