THIS CHARITY IS THE CHARITABLE ARM OF ONE OF THE CITY OF LONDON'S ANCIENT LIVERY COMPANIES. IT DOES NOT DIRECTLY PERFORM CHARITABLE WORK BUT CONCENTRATES ON (A) FUNDRAISING AND (B) MAKING GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS IN FOUR AREAS, NAMELY, (I) EDUCATION (II) THE CITY OF LONDON (III) THE FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY (IV) ITS GUILD CHURCH AND (V) TO ANY OTHER CHARITABLE CAUSES AT ITS DISCRETION.

GIVES SUPPORT TO LOCAL CHURCH, WIDOWS OF THE PARISH AND LOCAL ORGANISATIONS WITHIN THE PARISH OF WELNEY ONLY

We are a church, holding church services and other associated activites

Providing of grants to charitable institutions or for charitable purposes with particular reference to 1) the parish church, 2) education, 3) other purposes situated in the parish of Ditchling and in the county of East Sussex, and 4) the practice of preventive cardiology carried our either by the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom or elsewhere.

THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH, RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND POVERTY, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROVISION AND CONDUCT OF CHRISTIAN SERVICES AND WORSHIP, PLANTING CHURCHES, PROVISION OF CHRISTIAN COUNSELLING, ESTABLISHMENT OF CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS.

Worshipping, teaching Christian faith and doctrine, caring, fund raising and disbursement of funds for Christian religious activities.

A place of regular Christian worship.

Evangelism and teaching of Christian doctrine in UK and abroad.Provide assistance and support, both financial and other assistance, to Christian workersRelief of people in special poverty or need.Education on life skills, including financial management, for the community.Facilitate other community organisations

TO ADVANCE AND SPREAD THE RAVIDASSIA FAITH BY: ENCOURAGING THE COMMUNITY TO STRICTLY FOLLOW THE TEACHINGS AND PHILOSOPHY OF SHRI GURU RAVIDASS JI; UNDERTAKING TO PUBLISH AND CIRCULATE LITERATURE ON THE LIFE, TEACHINGS AND PHILOSOPHY OF SHRI GURU RAVIDASS JI AN SUPPORT PUBLICATIONS WHICH PUBLISH AND CIRCULATE LITERATURE ON THE LIFE TEACHING OF SHRI GURU RAVIDASS JI.

The Charity funds the work of Orthodox churches in respect of education, ministry and the relief of poverty and other social and spiritual goods. It primarily, but not exclusively, serves the work of two Orthodox churches in Manchester and Macclesfield respectively.

Church and Community Work1. Provision of Weekly Church Services on Wednesday and Sunday to minister to the physical, spiritual and material needs of the congregants. 2. Provision of Special Events and Meetings to meet the specific needs of target groups in the Church such as Men, Women, Youth and Children.

Advancement of Theravada Buddhism in the UK through the establishment of a monastery for Buddhist monks who promote the practice of Buddhism in the Burmese culture by means of connected activities and religious instruction

The conservation and management of Abney Park (a 32acre memorial park, heritage chapel & woodland nature reserve) for environmental and arts education, skills training courses, museum/archive services, & cultural events. Projects include restoration of the Abney Park Chapel, arboretum, and memorials, and a new classroom and children's garden. Based in Stoke Newington, Hackney, London N16.

The Sikh Education Council is a team of professional Sikh volunteers concentrating on esoteric teachings from the Guru Granth Sahib and Sikh history, working for the betterment of humankind. Amongst other educational projects, we commemorate key milestones in Sikh history by organising high-profile events to educate and empower people through the teachings of Guru Nanak.

To advance religion in accordance with the Orthodox Jewish Faith and to support other charitable activities as are recognised under English Law.

The activities of the Charity are to act as a Central Board of Trustees for the Free Church of England, to hold as loans funds deposited for investment and to lend money and make grants to further the objects and work of the Free Church of England.
