We seek to improve the outlook for patients with musculorskeletal diseases, especially those with autoimmune rheumatic conditions. The charity is mainly involved in supporting research into the disease, both clinical and experimental at University College London. It also helps to provide educational opportunities for those doing the research.

The BSDB aims to promote and advance the research, teaching and public education of developmental biology in the United Kingdom by organising research meetings, awarding grants to individuals and organisations. The BSDB supports young scientists and awards grants to enable them to attend scientific meetings. In addition we aim to further public education in the science of developmental biology.

The Aristotelian Society, founded in 1880, meets fortnightly in London, throughout the academic year, to hear and discuss philosophical papers. These meetings are open to the public and the Proceedings are published as a journal. The Society holds an annual philosophy conference with the Mind Association and also makes grants to organisers of philosophy conferences.

To promote the science of astronomy and all branches of astronomical research. To promote the association of observers, especially the possessors of small telescopes, for mutual help, and their organisation of work of astronomical observation, the circulation of current astronomical information, the encouragement of a popular interest in astronomy.

As at 31 March 2023 the school had a total of 78(2022- 64) students varying in age from 5 to 18 and including some English based children. Total of twelve classes are held each Saturday consisting of Japanese and Mathematics lessons. All pupils successfully completed internal examinations and attendance was maintained at over 80%. Hold extra time lessons such as history, science and GCSE.

Across the calendar year, the Society delivers an eclectic range of lectures and seminars. To assist the haematology staff at Kings College Hospital with the provision of much needed laboratory equipment, particulary in the areas of Sickle Cell Disease and Thalassaemia.

The object of the Society is the advancement of public educationin the field of applied philosophy and the publication of itsproceedings to the end.

The BSPS holds an annual conference with invited speakers and contributed papers, and monthly meetings at which invited speakers present papers. It makes grants to support conferences relevant to research and education in its areas of study and awards annual studentships for doctoral work in philosophy of science in a UK university. The Charity has acted to advance the philosophy of Bhagwan Valmiki Ji in Bedfordshire and its environs and where appropriate internationally through religious ceremony and academic study and presentation.
