We fund research to improve diagnosis, develop treatments and we hope to ultimately find a cure for Mitochondrial Disease. We help build support networks by connecting affected families and also offer direct family support. The Science Council is a membership organisation of 35 learned societies and professional bodies in the UK from across science and its applications. The Cambridge Science Centre develops and hosts STEM-themed exhibitions and programmes.
