Support for young scientists in furthering their careers in Poultry Science Research through study course or attendance and participation at approved conferences

The Trust owns these historic woodland gardens, listed Grade 2*, based on a design by Humphrey Repton which adjoin Antony House, Cornwall (a National Trust property), which are regularly open to the public. The gardens are also used for the purposes of research, with a view to furthering the study and science of botany and the improvement of the methods and practice of horticulture.

The Paget's Association provides information and support to people whose lives are affected by all aspects of Paget's Disease of Bone and to educate health professionals. It works to raise the profile of the condition, and to raise awareness, both amongst members of the public and health professionals. It also supports and funds research into all aspects of Paget's Disease of Bone.

To advance the study and practice of cancer medicine

Provides coordination for the WI in Buckinghamshire; advances the education of women and girls in important local and national political and social issues, music, drama and other cultural subjects, agriculture, crafts, home economics, science, health and social welfare; promotes sustainable development; advances health and advances citizenship by promoting civic responsibility and volunteering.

We organise cultural and religious events, with occasional talks on Hindu philosophy for the Asian community, especially elderly folks who mostly live a very deprived and isolated life. Guildford Area U3a organises in excess of 100 groups for persons retired or semi-retired. For an annual donation members are able to attend groups in Art,Crafts,Discussion,Drama,Games,Health Fitness & Leisure,History Languages, Literature, Music, Research and the Sciences.

To educate and inform toxicologic pathologists and other relevant scientists of the changing scientific, business and regulatory issues impacting their discipline. Through the input of our members, we also seek to influence global guidance and practices to the highest scientific standards and thereby benefit the field of human safety assessment.

The principal activity is the publication of the Journal. Our policy is to publish research into the cause, diagnosis and cure of disease in man. Any profits from such publication are used to promote research in this field.

The objective of the society is to promote and educate the public in the art and science of music by the presentation of concerts in the area. We also try to encourage young musicians to further their studies by offering bursaries to young students studying music.

The charity aims to educate the public in the arts and science of music by performing choral concerts of high standard with soloists of national standing. It is a mixed choir of about 144 voices and performs major works from the choral scene, from traditional classical to modern. Most of its concerts are in Salisbury Cathedral but occasionally it combines with other choirs and performs abroad
