Research Charities

Sunday services and Sunday School, to which all members of the public are invited, are held every Sunday at 10.30am. Wednesday evening meetings, also open to the general public, are currently being held on-line at 7.30pm. The church sponsors at least one free lecture on Christian Science each year, and maintains a public Reading Room, currently open from 11.00am to 1.00pm on Fridays.

To educate the public in the arts and science of music by the presentation of concerts and other activities

We are a community youth centre run by local volunteers for school years 7-11. We provide a safe environment for young people to meet, where they can enjoy a range of open and structured youth activities.We are the only independent youth centre in Chalfont St Peter whose youth work is delivered solely by volunteers. We totally embrace and are committed to the philosophy of "Every Child Matters".

To advance the education of the public in the subject of Islamic faith:To advance the teachings of Islam as a code of Life for the benefit of the public through the holding of prayer meeting ,lectures on Muslim festival or other events and distributing literasture on Islam to enlighten others about the true essenceand peace loving message of Islam.Arranging for the purchase and delivery .

Makes grants for medical education and research in the area of Mid Essex.

The objects of the society shall be to educate the public in the Arts and Sciences, and in particular the Art and Science of Music, in the promotion of concerts and other activities.

The charity in the main provides support to charities in the UK and Overseas. It also supports with bursaries a limited number of graduate and post graduate students in particular those in Engineering , the Physical Sciences, Drama and Stage management.

The Association's aim is to advance the eduction & training of graduates in medicine, dentistry and related arts and science and to promote medical and dental research. It provides money to help with equipment and maintenance of the Education Centre, which is now a multi-educational centre.

IFHS promotes the science of surveying at sea and related sciences by providing a channel for the exchange of information between those engaged or interested in hydrography or related disciplines.The charity publishes regular journals and arranges seminars, conferences and other relevant events. It also operates and Education Fund to assist students and those at the outset of their careers.

SCaRF aims to promote research into the causes, prevention and treatment of skin cancer generally, and malignant melanoma in particular. It aims to publish the results of such research and thus to help cut significantly the number of new cases of skin cancer each year in the UK. As a result to significantly cut the number of deaths from the disease.

The Trust's objects are: (a) to foster and promote medical and scientific research into the vast problems of human nutrition, (b) to foster and promote medical research generally, (c) the relief of poverty and (d) the advancement of education.

To involve and educate the public in Britain about1) nature conservation in Israel2) to promote educational activities and scientific study of the wildlife , flora, fauna , water , soils and natural resources of Israel/The Holy Land3) help preserve sites of special historical and scientific significance in Israel

To us ethe income to award a Fellowship in clinical research in hospitals in the Metropolitan area of London. The research must concern diseases such as usually treated at a General Hospital, excluding tropical and rare diseases.

The Academy is an information and education charity that exists to encourage the study, imrpove the practice and advance the knowledge of Forensic Sciences in Science, Medicine and the Law.

The Charity is a church which holds Sunday services, midweek meetings and Sunday School for students up to the age of 20, all of which are open to the public.
