Funds will be distributed for the relief of the poor and needy or to or for such other charitable and educational purpose, institution, society or object as Rotary International District 1060 shall in duly constituted meeting from time to time direct. The initial fund was created for the provision of holidays for underprivileged young people under 18 yearts of age - "The childrens holiday fund".
