ERT SAR is an international NGO established to relieve suffering & distress among persons affected by hazards, risks, emergencies & disasters in the UK & Internationally. ERT SAR provides emergency & disaster response, search & rescue & medical teams to deploy to areas affected by disasters and also works in the other areas of capacity building, resiliance and disaster risk reduction strategies.

The Tyne Lifeboat Society supports local good causes on Tyneside that are involved with saving lives on the River Tyne and around the immediate coastline and also youth organisations with a marine context.Organisations that benefit include Volunteer Lifeguards, Volunteer Life Brigades, Sea Cadets, Sea Scouts and Marine Emergency Units.

We purchase and deliver life-saving medical equipment and supplies to Ukrainian neonatal intensive care units (baby units) affected by the humanitarian crisis.

Emergency Medical Rescue, inclusive of Technical Rescue (Rope Rescue, Confined Spaces, Water Search and Rescue, Urban Search and Rescue (Medium)), Mutual Aid Training, Youth and Community Training and engagement.

Lifesaving and open water training

To collect, conserve, restore and display fire appliances, uniforms, medals and equipment relating to the Fire and Rescue Service on Merseyside and to present to the visitors to the Heritage Centre its history and contribution to the local community.To maintain a digital archive of the fire history of Merseyside including the fire stations, personnel, appliances and equipment.

Support Fire and Rescue Services with accessing International opportunities through the International Fire Brigade Association (CTIF)

To provide a lasting and evolving Memorial Garden in remembrance of past employees of Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service.

SARDA Anglia is an independent voluntary organisation using trained dogs, handlers and other support volunteers to search for and rescue, vulnerable missing people. We operate principally in East Anglia and across the UK and further afield in support of partner organisations. We train dogs, handlers and support team members and are activated by the Police or other emergency services.

Sea rescue

February 2011: A total 348 underprivileged children and young people from Africa, have received life saving heart operations through the Kanu Heart Foundation since 2000. The Foundation's waiting list is currently oversubscribed and we receive many appeals on a weekly basis.

General charitable purposes, including the support of cancer research, hospices and end of life care, search and rescue organisations and the provision and training of assistance dogs.

We respond to emergency calls when called upon by the West Midlands Ambulance Service. We also work to increase awareness, availability and the use of life saving resources within our local communities.We will use our assets in the best possible way, for the benefit of the local communities we serve.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN, ADULTS AND COMMUNITY GROUPS IN FIRST AID BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING IN LIFE-SAVING SKILLS.

To relieve suffering and distress amongst persons endangered by accidents or natural hazards by providing efficient mountain search rescue services for the benefit of any person or persons in need of such services and also promote safety in the outdoors by whatever charitable means the trustees think fit.

Provides inshore lifeboats and inland search and rescue, on the tidal Severn, Wye, and Usk and across the wider area of the River Severn including all of Gloucestershire.On 1 Jan 22 SARA become a Charity CIO. All assets and operations of the Charity were moved into Charity CIO 1193634, and this Charity (505504) is now dormant pending formal closure.

The Lake District Search and Mountain Rescue Association is the umbrella body for the 12 rescue teams in Cumbria (UK). Its function is to represent the interests of and speak on behalf of the 12 rescue teams in the Lake District.

Wasdale Mountain Rescue Team operates in the Wasdale and Eskdale valleys of the Lake District and the surrounding mountains. Our aim is to save life and alleviate distress primarily in upland areas. We have a team of up to 50 fully trained volunteers, on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week operating from our base in Gosforth, Cumbria.

Association representing Rescue Services in the South West of England

Provision and training of Search and Rescue dogs and dog handlers in the Unitied Kingdom and abroad.

We provide access to basic life saving support such as medication, clean water and sanitation, by funding water projects( hand dug wells). Several water projects have been successfully carried out. Collected medical drugs in UK for some of the poor communities in Kaduna State. Provided food & medicines to Nasarawa children's Home in kano. Funded the completion of three village community mosques.
