The principal objects of DMWS are: - The provision of hospital welfare services for members of HM Forces, their dependants, and others engaged by or acting in support of the Armed Forces whilst in the medical pathway. - In addition, we support frontline groups such as the Police and NHS staff.

The Al-Imdaad Foundation is an international non-profit humanitarian aid relief organisation dedicated to providing humanitarian services in crisis and non-crisis situations to most needy orphans, widows and destitute, irrespective of race, religion, culture, creed and geographical boundary.

The David Nott Foundation provides surgeons and medical professionals with the skills they need to provide relief and assistance in conflict and natural disaster zones around the world.
