Welfare Rights Advice Sessions (by appointment), Weight Wathchers Classes, Yoga Sessions, Pensioners Luncheon Club, Youth Club, Growing Collective, Gardening Projects, Community Events, Alzheimer's Activity Groups, Councillors Surgeries, Police Drop In, ASB Officer, Signposting, Food Distribution. All center based and some working in partnership with other voluntary groups/public sector bodies.

To give grants and where appropriate distress loans in accordance with our agreed fund objectives. The recipients will be individual members of the fund and their widows, widowers and dependants who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress and similary former employees of other Police Authorities or Committees who have retired on pension or grautity, their widows, widowers and dependants

Providing surf lifesaving training to all ages of the local community in and around Crantock

Building Blocks is the West Midlands Police Forces charitable trust and only funds projects which are within the West Midlands county. Its main focus is youth and projects which tackle the issues of drug abuse and diverting young people from crime.

To increase knowledge and understanding in the United Kingdom of Italy in all its aspects, and to assist charities or persons in need of help following major disasters in Great Britain or Italy, the society holds events of a cultural or educational nature and publishes an annual magazine "Rivista".

We work alongside the police, St John's ambulance and security staff in the city centre of Newcastle every Friday from 10pm- 4.00 am.We give directions, we give out flip-flops, chocolate, water and blankets. We see people home safely.

The Charlie Froud Foundation has been set up in memory of Charlie, a 14 year old boy who died in October 2008 when the light aircraft he was traveling in, crashed in the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland. The Foundation has been set up to financially benefit The Volunteer Irish Rescue Services, Marlwood School and Children?s Hospice South West.

Newport Community First Responders respond to 999 call thats come in through the West Midland Ambulance Service Control room. We attend all kinds of medical and traumatic emergencies, as well as providing First Aid and Defibrillator Training Sessions in the local community.

Supporting the education of Nepalese children through the provision of educational and sports equipment, funding building works and the sponsorship of children.Providing relief and assistance required as a result of natural disasters, especially with regard to earthquake damage and injuries.

We collect, analyse and publicise data about firearms misuse in the UK. We support those affected by gun violence, We liaise with police, MPs, government agencies, journalists and the general public to highlight deficiencies and loopholes in current firearms legislation. We campaign for gun licensing reform and tighter control on lethal and lookalike weapons in the interests of public safety.

Three main areas of activity: firstly medical research, particularly respiratory disease,and uncommon medical diseases. Then educational projects, and lastly for the relief of poverty and famine on causes well known or personal to the Trustees whereby donations are significant . The Trustees are proactive and the charity's resources are fully committed for the foreseeable future.

Olive Grove Foundation aims to provide a brighter future for people affected by poverty, wars or natural disasters anywhere in the world. Our mission is to eradicate poverty & hardship by providing communities with the ability to live a self-sufficient, comfortable & serene life. Education & Training, Income Generation, Orphan & Widow Sponsorship, Water & Sanitation, Emergency Relief, Medical Aid.

Providing for families in poverty,domestic violence, human trafficking, neglect, abuse etc with food, toys, birthday & Christmas gifts, clothing, furniture, toiletries, household items, white goods etc. Our referrals come from Social Workers, Police Liaison Officers, the local Refuges, Pastoral Care Workers etc. We run it in our spare time so every penny/item donated goes to the families in need

Volunteer support of East Midlands Ambulance Service and NHS in North Northamptonshire

Prevention, or relief of poverty, enhancement of youth education (including under privileged youths), welfare , medical assistance to disaster victims . Also provide financial support to centres caring for orphanages, widows and OAP.

To assist in the relieving of suffering and distress amongst persons endangered by accidents or natural hazards in South and Mid Wales geographical area, but also without geographical limitation, and to provide adequate arrangements for the secure and efficient search and rescue of any persons so endangered. We are now equipped and trained to offer search and rescue in natural disaster's.

Our prime objectives are to care for, listen to, and help people on the streets of Preston and South Ribble (North), to relieve sickness and hardship by signposting vulnerable and needy people to where they may find help. We provide a uniformed team of Christian volunteers to be a presence where required by the Community and Police and are accountable to the Community through local PACT meetings.

Rotary Club service to local community and internationally:--Support of local organisations & services which provide local benefit.Support of very local organisations through a town-wide lottery.International support of pupils & students in Nepal through a separately donated fund, assisted by a Nepal Rotary Club. Support of Rotary International charity, and general disasters as they arise.

To promote and support by way of the making of grants of money in third world countries to provide relief of financial need and suffering among victims of natural and other kinds of disasters and prevention or relief of poverty for the public use by providing single mothers with grants, goods, and other services to support their families basic needs.

The charity supports local and international charitable objectives. This includes: support to international disasters and emergencies, eg. tsunamis, earthquakes: general humanitarian support, eg. distribution of medical equipment in the third world; support to local hospices, hospitals and disabled institutions and support to needy individuals.

Callington lions club have about 20 members. These members raise funds giving support to the local community & man power to assist with members of the community when needed. Additionally to this we support various international & uk based lions appeals. eg. Flooding, earthquake & other weather related disasters around the world. We fund raise throughout the year, Honey fair, bingo evenings.
