Jigsaw is an entirely volunteer run charity that aims to alleviate the suffering of the world's poorest people. As well as responding to disasters and emergencies, it promotes sustainable economic and social development by working with local communities - regardless of race, religion or gender.

Rethink Charity provides disaster relief and aid, search and rescue teams, education, grants, economic initiatives, and community activation efforts worldwide. We empower communities to overcome social, economic, and environmental challenges.

We work particularly supporting Education, Health-Care, Capacity Building Programs and Relief Services.Our projects are conducted in UK and in Afghanistan and these include Food Package Distribution (Afg), Free Emergency Ambulance Service (Afg),Orphan sponsorships (Afg), Outreach Programmes (UK) and culture awareness (UK) and youth engagement (UK).

The charity?s activities include prevention or relief of poverty or financial hardship, relief and assistance of persons who are the victims of natural or other kinds of disasters, the promotion and advancement of education (including social and physical training) and the relief of sickness and the preservation of health.

HCC sow food, clothing and aid to people in need locally, nationally and in Europe and Africa either directly or in association with other charities in pursuance of its humanitarian aid programmes. These outreach activities complement HCC's objectives and policies as listed in the Trustees Report. HCC does not fund raise and relies entirely upon donations

Our mission is to eradicate poverty through providing emergency relief, education and empowerment to the most vulnerable communities in society.

MapAction is a humanitarian mapping charity that works through skilled volunteers. Its aim is to save lives and minimise suffering by making the response to humanitarian emergencies as efficient and effective as possible.When a disaster strikes, MapAction deploys volunteer mapping professionals to the scene to help coordinate the response and get aid to where it is needed most.

Promotion of Christian Religion by TV broadcasts, CD's, DVD's, Christian resources and humanitarian aid.

As part of the Medecins du Monde network we participate in delivering programmes in 77 countries.Through our health programmes and advocacy we work to ensure excluded people overcome barriers to realising their right to health.We provide life-saving humanitarian healthcare and work with vulnerable migrants, people at risk of harm and on projects that advance sexual and reproductive health.

Over 7,000 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer each year in the UK, and each day sadly 11 women die from this disease. Target Ovarian Cancer's vision is to stop ovarian cancer from devastating lives. We do this by targeting what's important - symptoms awareness, life-saving early diagnosis, better treatments and support for everyone affected - and we do this across all four nations of the UK.

Our mission is to provide health and disability care to the world's most vulnerable, without discrimination. We work in Haiti, South Sudan, and Uganda to: build local capacity to provide quality, life-saving healthcare; provide dignity, independence and empowerment to people with disabilities; and respond to emergencies quickly and effectively to minimise the long-term implications of crisis.

Response teams aim to bring to bear the best skills and expertise from the military, first responders, and civilians in order to coordinate the best possible, most timely, and best integrated response.

To relieve sickness and injury in the UK by assisting in the provision of financial support to established local air ambulance services.

We donate to charitable organisations with similar charitable objectives as our charity. We support poor children and orphans, widows, victims of natural disasters like earth quakes, floods, etc. through relief organisations carrying out relief work in affected areas. We donate to orphanages & educational institutions for girls & boys in poor countries. We provide clean water by digging wells etc.

The Foundation makes grants to charitable bodies in accordance with the objects set out in the trust deed. In addition to supporting local and national charities,mainly on a regular basis,the Foundation has made overseas grants to advance education,relieve poverty,sickness,and suffering some of which have been caused by conflict and disasters.

The ISC produces the definitive long-term record of earthquake parameters worldwide (1904-present). We collect parametric data from ~150 seismic networks around the world. Here in UK, we integrate this information into our database and analyse the data together to offer the best possible solution for each individual earthquake. Our data are then made openly available to all interested parties.

The GNDR's activities centre around the collaborative action in support of implementing the Hyogo Framework for Action (HFA) including the Views from the Frontline (VFL) initiative which produces reports of progress. The HFA was adopted in 2005 at the World Conference on Disaster Reduction held in Hyogo, Japan, to substantially reduce the loss of lives and livelihoods caused by disasters.

The primary activity is the advancement of the Christian Religion Europe and Africa. The secondary activity is alleviating poverty and providing relief services to promote the well being of all people who have been stricken with plagues of natural and human disasters.
