The trust was established to make donations to charitable organisations and to relieve persons from outside the Christadelphian community who are poor or in straitened circumstances or otherwise in need, and does respond to worldwide appeals from aid agencies, such as the Red Cross, Oxfam, Children In Need, Christian Aid, Disasters Emergency Committee etc.

General Charitable deeds, Education & Training, Medical Health & Sickness, Disability, Relief of Poverty, Overseas Aid & Famine Relief, Accomodation & Housing.

Various religious, social and educational activities. Animal welfare and helping disaster affected people. Youth development.

Maintain a fully operational fire brigade under contract to Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service. Members carry out their duties entirely on a voluntary basis. Members are trained in the same way and assessed in exactly the same way as whole time and On-call colleagues . We are available 24 hours a day seven days a week to answer emergency calls. We work the On-call duty system.

The teaching of water and beach safety, and training to qualification standards for surf lifeguarding. Search and Rescue activities through lifeguarding of local beaches.

The Royal Life Saving Society is the Commonwealth's largest drowning prevention and water safety awareness organisation carrying out it's activities via education, lifesaving, lifeguard,first aid and resuscitation training.

ADVICE & ASSIST UNDERGRADUATE MEDICAL & DENTAL EDUCATION OF THE UNIVERSITIES OF SRI LANKA PROVIDE ASSISTANCE FOLLOWING NATURAL DISASTERS FACILITATE SHARING OF PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, EXPERTISE, TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES & RESEARCH MATTERS WITH COLLEAGUES IN SRI LANKA PROMOTE AND ADVISE ON POSTGRADUATE TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES IN THE UK FOR MEDICAL & DENTAL GRADUATES OF SRI LANKAN UNIVERSITIES

The Trust is established to help people in the United Kingdom in need, hardship or distress as a result of local, national or international disaster or by their social and economic circumstances. At their discretion, the trustees can make grants for any other charitable purposes for the general benefit of the inhabitants of the United Kingdom.

Income from property,owned by the trust,used for Overseas aid/famine relief and Religious activities.

Collecting Aid and raising funds in England to enable us to help and supply the Aid to the Ukraine. The funds are raised to carry this out. The Charity supports centres and orphanages in the Ukraine. The people we help are mainly children, disabled and elderly.

The Orchestra made up of police officers, police staff and other members of the extended police family each year performs at different venues around the country raising money for a number of different charities. A mini tour of India took place in February 2008. Charity Concerts included Warwick Arts Centre for Fighting Blindness and the annual Proms Concert at Symphony Hall in December.

This Charity exists to alleviate suffering and distress caused to dogs, and in particular to the breed known as Boxers, which may be ill-treated, abandoned or neglected or, more often these days, a change in family circumstances. Where necessary veterinary treatment is provided before a dog is settled into a new and loving home which has been previously checked by us and found suitable.

The Principal activity is that of Surf Life Saving

Raise funds for a specific charity varying each year, for a child we sponsor in Africa, for air ambulance, childrens charities, medical charities.

IFB promotes & encourages prayer for the spiritual welfare of the nation, for central and local government, and for other authorities & institutions such as police, the NHS, the armed forces etc. To that end, IFB engages in Bible teaching to inform & stimulate prayer.

The team was formed back in the 1970s as a North of Tyne Local Education Authority team in response to an increase in the number of incidents occurring on the hills and fells of Northumbria as outdoor activities such as climbing and hill walking grew in popularity. It became the North of Tyne Search & Rescue Team in the early 80s and more recently became the North of Tyne Mountain Rescue Team

Parish support. Short breaks for those in difficult circumstances, support for women prisoners and families, school children in deprived area, womens refuge. Blankets, baby clothes, toilet bags to hospitals, support members overseas, literacy, development, health education, famine relief.

(1)The prevention and reduction of loss of life by drowning on the beach;(2)The prevention and development of surf life saving, for the resuscitation of the rescued and application of first aid.

The Norfolk Constabulary Benevolent Fund was established to assist in needy cases of members, former members, their widows, orphans or dependants. It does this by paying grants and interest free loans where necessary and by the provision of holiday homes for rest and recuperation and for respite or convalescence.
