Supporting young and/or disadvantaged people to participate in maritime and education related activities, and from time to time support appropriate disaster relief to coastal communities affected by maritime disasters.

The museum will advance the education of the public with regard to the evolution of policing in the County of Cheshire from it's inception in 1857 to present day. This will be achieved by collecting, preserving and documenting material, evidence and associated information relevant to the Cheshire Police, and the earlier parts of County and Borough Forces which have amalgamated with it.

We provide education and training in lifesaving, rescue and resuscitation for the benefit of the public in Mullion. The Club runs 20 coaching sessions of 1 hour duration over the winter months at the swimming pool at Helston Leisure Center. During the summer, the Club runs separate coaching sessions for children and adults every week at Polurrian Cove or Mullion Harbour and trains new lifeguards.

1. The relief of financial need and suffering among victims of natural disasters in the form of money (or other means deemed suitable) for persons, bodies, organisations and/or countries affected. 2. The relief and assistance of people in any part of the world who are the victims of a natural disaster in particular by the supply of medical aid to such persons.

Conferences, meetings, instructional courses, and community festivals promoting the Christian faith. Provide financial aid and counseling to those suffering loss, health problems and disaster.

Volunteer service of First Response in Medical emergencies in the Edenbridge area.

Street Pastors patrol the streets in Chesterfield Town centre on Saturday nights and seek to help vulnerable people reach home, help injured people access hospitals, care for and listen to those in need and assist the police as and when needed. Volunteers are well trained and always work in a team of three or four.

We organise and support local events to raise funds for charitable purposes. We provide financial and other support towards events and activities provided for our local community. We provide financial assistance in support of national charities that operate in our community and towards overseas disasters. Also, we provide financial assistance to the Rotary Foundation.

REPLICATION OF GIRL CHILD EMPOWERMENT MODEL IN FIVE AFRICAN COUNTRIES WITH RWANDA RECENTLY SUPPORTED TO SET UP AND ENSURE GIRLS ARE EMPOWERED AND EDUCATED TO REACH THEIR POTENTIAL. GIRLS EMPOWERMENT AND EDUCATION FUND IS SET UP FOR GIRLS IN AFRICA TO ACCESS IN CASES OF EMERGENCIES WHERE THEIR LIVES ARE THREATENED BY POVERTY ,MAN MADE AND NATURAL DISASTERS.WE ADVOCATE FOR POLICY CHANGE FOR GIRLS

Promote beach safety and teach basic life support and water rescues to club members. From March to September the club patrols Southerdown beach.

Emergency Search and Rescue from underground locations. Examples are Natural Caves,Disused Stone Mines, Natural Confined Spaces etc. Assistance with Surface Search & Rescue when requested.

The objectives of the fund are the provision of relief in any part of the world for persons suffering from famine or under-nourishment and the provision for the benefit of the public generally of education in the field of food and drink.

The aims and objectives of the Portsmouth & Southsea Voluntary Lifeguard Club are to train competent swimmers in the RLSS method of life-saving/lifeguarding, provide an inshore rescue boat service and to guard the local beaches to render them safer for bathers and boat users.

Medical and Humanitarian relief

Life saving training

SARDA (South Wales) Mountain Rescue Search Dogs objective is to save life and relieve suffering and distress amongst persons endangered by accidents, or who are missing, on the hills or in open country or in urban areas, predominately, but not exclusively, in the areas of South and Mid Wales.

Relief of poverty, sickness, and distress and the preservation of good health of children and their relatives who are suffering as a result of earthquakes or any other natural disasters in El Salvador and other vulnerable countries. Medical and humanitarian relief are offered including to chronic disasters through whatever cause resulting in poverty, with appropriate follow up and monitoring.

The association actively engages its 30 members through various activities, including arts and crafts, as well as light exercise classes led by qualified professionals. We prioritize health and well-being within our community and take safeguarding seriously. Our collaboration with medical professionals and local agencies, including the police and fire and rescue services, ensures strong support.

We are Christian churches from different denominations who support the night economy; we provide a listening ear and practical help to those on the streets at night. We patrol the streets of Evesham some Friday and Saturday nights and work in partnership with the police, local councils and other organisation. We are non-judgemental and will give time and help to anyone and everyone we meet.
