Fund Raising activity, support to both individuals and local, national and international charities and societies and support to international disasters

We provide sporting & recreational activities to children & adults including table tennis, martial arts, . room hire for public and private meetings such as the Over 50's Computer Club, Irish Dancing, Over 55 luncheon club, toddles group councillors surgery and residents group. A local history group meet at the Club. A Church Group uses the building on Sunday mornings.

To increase knowledge and understanding in the United Kingdom of Italy in all its aspects, and to assist charities or persons in need of help following major disasters in Great Britain or Italy, the society holds events of a cultural or educational nature and publishes an annual magazine "Rivista".

The advancement and instilling the cultural values of the Rajput people in the United Kingdom. RSUK is also actively involved in helping and supporting people affected by world disasters.

Loughor Inshore Rescue is a declared asset with the Maritime & Coastguard agency and primarily provides an Inshore Lifeboat. The Lifeboat provides the community with sea and coastal Rescue Services in and around the Loughor Estuary. The Crew also provide Flood Search & Rescue capability to the surrounding communities & Safety talks to schools.

Three main areas of activity: firstly medical research, particularly respiratory disease,and uncommon medical diseases. Then educational projects, and lastly for the relief of poverty and famine on causes well known or personal to the Trustees whereby donations are significant . The Trustees are proactive and the charity's resources are fully committed for the foreseeable future.

To give grants and where appropriate distress loans in accordance with our agreed fund objectives. The recipients will be individual members of the fund and their widows, widowers and dependants who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress and similary former employees of other Police Authorities or Committees who have retired on pension or grautity, their widows, widowers and dependants

The Rotary Club of Horwich Trust Fund does the following:Education/training. Relief of poverty. Overseas aid/famine relief.Arts/culture.sport/recreation.Economic/Community development.Our charity helps;Children/young people. Elderly/old people. People with disabilities. The general public/mankind.Our charity operates by making grants to individuals and organisations.

Activities include arts and craft, games, sporting activities and camping. We organise external people to give talks either on our premises or at their own premises such as Police dog handlers, Police helicopter, RSPCA, Fire Brigade, A drive in a 4 wheel drive vehicle over an assault course.

The charity supports local and international charitable objectives. This includes: support to international disasters and emergencies, eg. tsunamis, earthquakes: general humanitarian support, eg. distribution of medical equipment in the third world; support to local hospices, hospitals and disabled institutions and support to needy individuals.

Provides a service, mainly in upland or mountain areas, to save life and alleviate distress. Additionally undertakes searches of lowland and rural areas for missing persons when requested by the Police.

The charity's objects are the relief of poverty and famine, the preservation and protection of good health, and for the advancement of religious purposes anywhere in the world which are charitable according to the laws of England and Wales.

To advance the Christian religion in the UK and worldwide and humanitarian work and relief (homelessness, disability, famine relief, education and training, and advancement of health) primarily in overseas countries .

PARTNER TRUST TO A TRUST IN INDIA. AWARENESS & FUND RAISING ON BEHALF OF LEPROSY RELIEF, HIV CARE, TRIBAL HEALTH CARE & CIVIL RIGHTS, WELL MOTHER & BABY TRAVELLING HEALTH WORKERS, POLIO CORRECTIVE SURGERY, CATARACT SURGERY & AFTERCARE, RESPONSE TO NATURAL DISASTERS.

The Leonard Trust distributes its income in amounts varying from £500 to £5000 to registered charities ranging from small local ones (Hampshire) to large nationals. Historically we have tended to concentrate on Christian based charities, mental health, and overseas aid, often in response to specific disaster relief. Our remit is wide and we also support many smaller and diverse charities.

To engage and improve in underground, fell & mountain search & rescue and in animal rescue; to support safety procedures in associated activities and to assist police, ambulance and fire authorities in these and similar activities.

CULTURAL AND FUND RAISING EVENTS AND APPEALS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR RELIEF OF POVERTY, AND IN NATURAL DISASTERS, IN PERU

Relief of suffering and distress amongst persons endangered by accidents or natural hazards in South and Mid-Wales, but without geographical limitations. To provide adequate arrangements for the secure and efficient search and rescue of any person or persons so endangered. To act as an intermediary between local Mountain Rescue Teams and the national body the Mountain Rescue Council

The Objectives of the Trust are the provision and maintenance of a minibus for the elderly, disabled, youth groups and any other purposes for the community of Hayes and elsewhere that the Trustees agree to.

The trustees meet twice a year to consider requests from individuals and charities living or operating in the counties of Cornwall, Devon and Somerset.
