After Umbrage is a charity dedicated to providing free, short breaks for anyone who has been looking after family members or loved ones with life limiting or terminal illness. The pressure associated with caring can be overwhelming. Headway Blackpool Wyre and Fylde aims to provide information, support and social activities for people suffering from acquired brain injury. We also aim to support carers, family and friends. The main activities of the CIO are the provision of courses and projects utilising historical and heritage related themes for people living with mental health issues, dementia, or experiencing isolation or loneliness. The CIO also provides activities for young people to learn from their peers, and also to provide training for carers on reminiscence therapy techniques.

Memory Lane Cafe is a weekly meeting place for carers and cared for who are living with dementia. We also welcome those who have been bereaved by dementia. Based in Ipswich, Memory Lane Cafe is open from 11am - 3pm every Tuesday. Our mission is to provide opportunities for friendship, support, activities and a light lunch.

Autism Support Crawley is a parent/carer support group for parents, or other relations caring for a person on the autistic spectrum or with other social communication difficulties (with or without a diagnosis).
