The Meath Epilepsy Trust provides fully supported residential care; on and off site day activities; and domiciliary services for people with complex epilepsy usually associated with a learning or physical disability. We also have provision in our constitution to admit people without epilepsy if we believe our service meet their needs.

THE CHARITY PROVIDES A RANGE OF SERVICES TO SUPPORT PEOPLE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF RESIDENTIAL CARE, NURSING, DOMICILIARY CARE AND DAYCARE FOR OLDER PEOPLE AND PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA AND LEARNING AND PHYSICAL DISABILITIES.THE TRUST ALSO PROVIDES TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR STAFF AND CARERS.

Avenues East is part of a Group of charities which pioneer specialist social care supporting people facing significant disadvantage through illness and disability so they can live full lives in their local communities. We also support adults and children in their own homes or residential settings who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, acquired brain injury or dementia.

The principal activity of the Society is the provision of residential care and domiciliary support services for adults with learning disabilities in the Heart of England.

Lively Minds works to get pre-school children in rural Ghana and Uganda school-ready. Working through government we build the skills and confidence of marginalised mothers to run educational Play Schemes & provide nurturing care at home. Purley Park Trust provides residential care, supported living, domiciliary care and day services for adults with learning disabilities, dementia and acquired brain injury, many of whom have complex needs and other disabilities. It is registered with the Care Quality Commission as a Registered Residential Care Provider and a Domiciliary Care Agency.

St Rocco's Hospice aims to provide quality care and support for those people and their loved ones with life limiting disease who live in the Warrington area to enable each person to find comfort, hope, strength and peace. We provide Specialist in-patient palliative care, day unit therapies and Outpatient services and Family Support, and offer general Hospice at Home care.

We provide palliative care for the people of Burnley & Pendle (and Rossendale for inpatient facilities) suffering from cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. We also provide support for their relatives and carers. We do this primarily with our 10 bed inpatient unit, our day service and outpatient facility and our Hospice at Home team who look after patients in their own homes.

PROVIDE DOMICILIARY SUPPORT TO VULNERABLE ADULTS IN THEIR OWN HOME

The Orchard Trust aims to improve the quality of life of people with a learning disability and those who care for them by the provision of flexible high-quality services. These include Supported Living, residential homes, residential short breaks, day care activities and domiciliary care services. The Trust is also an independent training provider, registered with City & Guilds.

Treetops Hospice provides Daycare, Complementary Therapy and Hospice at Home care for people suffering from life-limiting illnesses. We also provide Carers Support and Complementary Therapy for people involved in caring for people with life-limiting illnesses and Bereavement Support for people and families who have suffered a bereavement.

Caring Connections is a registered charity which specialises in providing a range of projects and services aiming to improve the health and wellbeing of vulnerable groups across the Liverpool city region. The organisation is registered with CQC to deliver targeted home care services to adults with care needs within the local community.

Provision of accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities. This includes registered care homes, domiciliary support and programmes of daytime activities.

Provides care services for a range of people with disabilities.
