We are a charity in a rural area of Wiltshire. We provide transport to the general public, but mainly the elderly for visits to GP's surgeries, hospitals in three major cities, dentists, vets and residential homes. We also provide a limited service of shopping.

We provide accommodation for the elderly

We hold religious services, collect monies for the charity "Hope for justice" and hold coffee mornings for the same. We help all in need especially the elderly (physically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally & socially). We also hold services in residential homes. Our own transport is used to convey people who are unable to travel by bus to the services.

The Charity makes small cash grants to persons to whom such financial assistance will make a noticeable difference. Larger grants have been made to assist disabled people needing to acquire equipment not available on the National Health Service, to assist with the cost of convalescent residential care and to students requiring textbooks. Provision of supported accommodation for the elderly and/or infirm

The charity continues to give small donations to individuals residing in Biggleswade and donations to local institutions (e.g. the Sue Ryder Care Home nearby) which operate for the benefit of those who reside in Biggleswade.

The scheme provides transport for elderly, disabled and other disadvantaged persons with no private transport and no accessible public transport available to take them to hospitals, doctors, dentists, shopping and visiting partners in care homes.

Financial help given to meet a particular need of former students having completed initial teacher training on Dartford Campus/The University of Greenwich and ex-members of staff.
