The Sisters (only 2 remaining in the country) are now in a Care Home. They minister to the religious and other needs of the other Residents with whom they live. They are with them in health and sickness, sadness and joy, spending time with them and listening to their concerns and enjoyment. Where necessary they take concerns to management on their behalf.

Community Outreach - Helping homeless people with food, accommodation and clothing. We are focusing on helping people in their homes by providing domiciliary care. We have a charity shop that also helps volunteers with special needs gain skills. We help look after widows and orphans in Zambia and other parts of Africa. We are currently building a nursing home in Zambia.

Age Concern Bracknell Forest is a community focused charity. The charity provides a wide range of services and will champion community cohesion. The charity operates day care facilities and other services, such as community hubs and programs that facilitate the support, health, wellbeing and social inclusion of people in the local community.

To relieve the suffering of cats in need of care and and to provide accommodation and hospital facilities for unwanted cats and for the treatment of sick cats in the county of LincolnshireThe Trust also runs a retirement home for unwanted older cats and elderly cats whose owners have died or gone into residential care themselves .Giving peace of mind to owners and a home for life for their cats.

Providing support services for Older People, including Vulnerable Adults and those who may be effected by a disability or health issues. An emphasis is on preventative services. A Home Support Service including welfare contacts, benefit checks and support with day to day living, to enable independence & resilience.A 24/7, 365 emergency response via Care Lines to falls and other emergencies.

We alleviate conditions in the lives of carers, those who care for the elderly, sick, disabled, mentally ill or otherwise infirm, by any means that is charitable. We work closely with our local community to provide transport for medical appointments, a wide range of activity groups that focus on enhancing wellbeing and building social connections, as well as home-based services e.g. befriending, sitters for carers and practical support such as nail cutting. Help Yateem is an international non-profit charity organisation designed to benefit orphans and orphanages around the world. We help communities lift themselves out of poverty. We ensure that our long term development work is sustainable so that recipients of aid can ?break free? from the cycle of poverty which blights the lives of successive generations.

The charity provides a social/vocational rehabilitation service and outreach support and advice to people who have suffered brain or neurological injury, and provides respite, advice and assistance to their carers and relatives.

We are a Registered Charity primarily providing Hospice at Home care for adults, over the age of 18 years, in the last stages of illness. Our team of experienced registered nurses provides specialist end of life and palliative care for patients and support for their families. Kate's Home Nursing works to support GPs, Community Nurses and other medical professionals.

To promote the relief of sick, elderly and disabled persons in the Manchester area by the provision of facilities to relieve the stresses experienced by their carers. To provide a range of high quality information, advice, emotional and practical support services for carers including access to respite care, breaks, training and learning opportunities, peer support and social activities.

We organise conferences for members and medical/research specialists to share knowledge and experience. We assist families in attending other support opportunities and taking part in CS research programmes. We organise group days out for families to enjoy precious time together. Porridge and Pens works with some of the most disadvantaged children and young adults in Ghana. We do this by providing access to free education, medicine, safe shelter and school meals so young people can create their own bright and sustainable futures, free from poverty.

The Together Project runs activities linking different age groups in order to reduce loneliness and strengthen community connections. These include in-person events, such as music groups in care homes and storytelling groups in libraries, as well as friendships formed through the post via a penpal scheme. The charity also offers training and consultancy and operates on a national scale.

The Shaw Centre provides day care for adults with learning disabilities who are Manchester residents. The centre aims to provide activities that encourage social interaction, a healthy lifestyle and integration into the local community. Activities provided include Tai Chi, Swimming, Percussion, outings, zumba, the gym and socialising.

A voluntary home visiting service offering emotional support and practical help to families under stress where there is at least one child under five.

The management and operation of Marlow House, a caring community day centre for the elderly, disabled and lonely, including provision of meals and transport. In addition, the trust provides a meals on wheels service for housebound people and a community support programme to encourage independent living.
