Solace Community Care Ltd provides domiciliary care services to vulnerable persons living in south London Boroughs. The services are provided in service users' homes and include but are not limited to personal care such as assisting with bathing/showering; meals preparation; domestic chores; medication prompting and administration; support to access the community such as medical appointments.

Provision of residential care for elderly people

NEDCare CIO (North East Dartmoor Care Charitable Incorporated Organisation) exists to support people who need care and support at home in North East Dartmoor. NEDCare provides domiciliary care services that are regulated by the Care Quality Commission. NEDCare covers the three GP surgery areas of Cheriton Bishop, Chagford and Moretonhampstead.

Redbridge Carers Support Service (RCSS) aims to make a positive difference to the lives of unpaid carers in the diverse communities of Redbridge by providing them with a range of services, support and recognition.

Providing accommodation for elderly people of little financial means and such other persons as the Trustees in their discretion may approve providing that they reside or are employed in essential services in the City of Westminster

According to our contract with Birmingham City Council we assist older patients after their discharge home from hospitals and elsewhere. Four teams help discharged patients and one of these also works with Falls patients in Birmingham; research, discharge and aftercare; monitor our work e.g. the needs of patients and the help given; participate in the work of national and local organisations.

Heathbank Support Services provides two services, a day centre for adults with learning disabilities and a domiciliary care agency which provides staff in service users own homes within the Oldham area. Heathbank Support Services prides itself on high levels of care being carried out within each service.

Provision, at its purpose built residential centre, of free & highly subsidised respite and educational breaks for disadvantaged children from Bristol and the surrounding area.

Kids Alive International (called Hope for Kids until Sept 2021) works around the world to provide quality holistic care to orphans and vulnerable children. We accomplish this by supporting Care Centres, Schools, Residential Care and Community Programmes operated by our US partner Kids Alive International.

Odiham Cottage Hospital Charitable Trust provides health and social care the the residents of West Hart and Old Basing, Hampshire.Its services include being the base for the NHS community nursing team and their medical clinics, the Rosefield Day Centre for the elderly, specialist clinics run by St Michaels Hospice and counselling services run by Hart Voluntary Action.

With over 50 volunteers the organisation works on a low cost sustainable funding basis to deliver high quality services including Social & Activities Day Care, Lunch Clubs, Pop - In, Holidays & Outings, Arts & Crafts and Information.

24/7 Helpline, Information, Advice, 1-1 Support, Counselling, Signposting, Advocacy, Support Groups, Art Sessions, Respite, Educational Training, Physical Activities, Community Reinforcement Approach and Family Training (CRAFT) for Carers of Substance Users; Adverse Childhood Experience's (ACE's) therapeutic support for adults and young people; Health & Wellbeing Sessions and Parenting Courses.

The object of the CIO is to relieve the needs of those persons residing in the area of operation who are socially isolated, elderly or mentally or physically disabled by the provision of support and assistance so that their quality of life may be improved. This objective is carried out by providing Day Care, Outreach Groups, One to One Befriending, Meals on Wheels and Transport.

Yorda Adventures runs a Playhouse & Forest area in Chessington, Surrey specialising in supporting children with severe & complex disabilities & their families. We offer a range of projects 7 days a week giving children a safe place locally to Play, or be cared for reducing isolation & offer respite to parents. We also offer opportunities to SEN schools & adults with LD. We fundraise via events.
