We provide the opportunity for senior citizens of Stevenage and surrounding villages to regularly take part in our day care sessions. Activities are aimed to provide a continued feeling of well-being and prevent loneliness and isolation. Refreshments and a mid-day meal form part of their day. In the time our clients are with us, we are also providing their carer's with a much appreciated break.

We are focused on the Home of Peace Children's Home in Kenya. Providing for the needs of children committed to the home by the courts and the government District Children's officer. Included funds for food, clothing, accommodation, education and medical care. Also funds for the staff who look after the children,

To provide support for the elderly of Barnet in the form of [but not limited to] day care, good neighbour schemes, carer support, community transport, shopping, bill payments and pension collection, health and fitness. The community transport and shopping service operate across the whole borough.

Carers Support Woking, supports Carers within the Borough of Woking, we Advocate, give information. one to one phone calls, arrange away days, workshops, support groups and regular newsletters, we also assist with letter writing and we will attend meetings and give advice on Benefit checks and services.

To fund and operate an Orphanage, Feeding Programme, School and provide practical and spiritual support for orphans in Utange, Kenya.

We provide free summer camps, respite care and other activities which support disabled children and young people.These activities are aimed at developing confidence and independence while in a caring and supportive environment.

Day Centre for older people with outreach services using volunteers. Hire of hall for use of community activities.

The Society offers various services across the Shrewsbury Diocese these include: Community Action Support, Family Groups, School Social work, Home Visiting Service, School Counselling, Parenting programmes We also offer delivery of courses and training focused on children, family and community were children are bereaved or grieving.

Currently we manage a "Trust Fund". We believe that it is no longer financially viable for a Day Centre to be run as we have in the past. Following consultation with the Charity Commission and AgeUK as to the future use of the funds, we donated a considerable sum to a local alms-house charity; we have donated fund to purchase an Age UK minibus; and we support computer classes for the elderly.

The CATS Foundation operates in England and Wales and supports families affected by Tay-Sachs and Sandhoff disease. We provide equipment that affected patients need, respite holidays, a support network for patients and their families and information on care, emotional support and research development. The charity also supports research into a possible cure for these devastating diseases.

We run a day centre in Spelthorne for people (aged 18-65 at referral) with mental health problems. This is a social centre with therapeutic classes in e.g. art, crafts, woodwork, dressmaking, cooking and relaxation. Two minibuses are used for daily transport and regular outings. The centre is funded by a charity shop.

We provide interaction, meals and an exercise class for customers in and around Benson, Ewelme, Berrick Salome, Roke and Preston Crowmarsh. Activities are usually located in the Millstream Day Centre, open 3 days a week and staffed by a manager and cook employed by the charity and assisted by volunteers. In response to the Covid 19 pandemic we developed and still provide a meals at home service.

We 'Care for Elders' in the Community running an Adult Day Centre 5 days per week. Many suffer with dementia. We tend to their physical and mental well-being and help them escape loneliness. We also 'Care for our Youth' through our summer school and other work and 'Care for Community' through our social club and events.

Pre-School day care for under fives

Cedars Church [FIEC] meets together and actively serves the Cedars Park community in Stowmarket. We have Christian worship every Sunday and provide a range of activities during the week for all ages, incl. home groups for Bible study and prayer, ladies and men's groups, youth activities, mums and toddlers group, school assemblies, Care Home services and regular community events through the year.

The Rev. Brian Attwell and his wife, Betty Attwell, are responsible for running the St. Andrews Childrens Home (Hogar San Andres) at Chosica, near Lima city, in Peru, South America. Over 30 abandoned, orphaned, and disabled children are being cared for in this home. Both short and long-term residential accommodation is provided for children, also medical care, food, clothing and education.

Cantley Methodist Church is part of the Doncaster Methodist Circuit. We offer religious services and activities to all in the local community. Pastoral work includes visits to the housebound, the sick, the bereaved and those in local residential care homes. Our premises are used regularly by local community groups during the week.

THE CURRENT ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN BY RADICAL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: MEETINGS ON SUNDAYS AT CHURCH, MULTIPLE MID-WEEK MEETINGS TO INCLUDE PRAYER, DISCIPLESHIP, BIBLE STUDY, AND MENTOR SHIP. WE PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP AND MISSION TRIP OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN AND FOR AN ORPHANAGE IN INDIA.WE HAVE A RADICAL HOPE BUS WHICH WILL PROVIDE OUTREACH, PRAYER AND SUPPORT WITHIN LOCAL RURAL COMMUNITIES.

To provide a base for Numerous local groups; Ilkeston WI, Helen O Grady Drama, Tai Chi, Yoga, , Royal British Legion, companions group, Age Uk Strong & Steady , Survivors Of Bereavement By Suicide Support Group. Everyone Eats lunching togetherWe provide daycare for people who are experiencing memory problems, dementia, lonely and isolated. We cover the boroughs of Erewash/Amber Valley

WE MANAGE A DAY CENTRE - LIPHOOK DAY CENTRE 3 DAYS A WEEK FOR 50 WEEKS A YEAR. THIS PROVIDES UP TO 18 ELDERLY RESIDENTS DAILY A GOOD LUNCH, COOKED ON THE PREMISES, OTHER REFRESHMENTS, GAMES AND ENTERTAINMENT, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, CONTACT WITH OTHER PEOPLE.

Sunday and mid week Services, Sunday School, Craft Class, Food Bank, Residential Home Services, Mothers & Toddlers group, Children's/Young People's Meeting, Ladies' Meeting, visits to some local schools by our Pastor for Morning Assemblies, Summer Camp places for some children. Cafe/Church, held monthly in a local Tea Room.
