A childhood cancer charity providing a holiday home for respite to families affected by childhood cancer. Research into cancers in children in particular high grade brain tumours which are under researched and have low survival rates, in some cases terminal at diagnosis. Raising awareness of childhood cancers and providing educational support to children and general support to the families.

To relieve the needs of children with special needs & their families, in the LS29 area and the surrounds by:1. the provision of recreational and leisure time activities, respite care, help, information and support;2. increasing public awareness of the problems and circumstances of people with special needs;3. encouraging inclusion of children with special needs in the wider community.

The charity continues to make donations to support the Heal Project in Zambia which runs a school for 300 children up to Zambian school grade 7 and an orphanage housing about 35 children ranging from 3-15 years old.All funds donated continue to be remitted to Zambia with no UK costs other than money transfer fees. All work on fundraising and administration is done by volunteers.

To provide day centre facilities for Vietnamese and Chinese elderly people.

Supply of provisions for 1,000 people in the autumn which gives each person a basic meal every day for about three months. Funding for some minor operations,medicines and improvement of living conditions for the poor. Funding for the running of a Care Home for elderly folk. Funding for maintenance of church buildings. Bible teaching and Christian outreach.

Teaching and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. Gift and donations to orphanage, support for the older adults, widows, poor and unemployed within our community. mentoring youths and teenagers to become good and God fearing adults, working with them to improve our community. We also send funds to disaster areas and providing support to the homeless and vulnerable people in our local community.

The Forget Me Nots ensure no carer, loved one, friend or family member of someone living with dementia in Crawley and surrounding area would ever feel alone. We exist to provide friendship, help, advice and a hand to hold when needed.We meet twice a week offering lunch and supper, meaningful activities and support for carers within Govenment COVID guidelines.

The Mere and District Day Centre is an independent charity which provides a safe and caring place for older people to meet on Mondays and Fridays throughout the year. They enjoy a range of stimlulating activities, together with a hot lunch. Most of our guests live locally to Mere or the surrounding villages, but some come from further afield if they have no provision in their own area.

This charity has been established to support young people who are in residential care by providing advice, support and therapy and helping them make the transition to independent living by supporting them in finding work experience and training.

Social contact via meetings, outings, physical and mental stimulation and provision of a hot meal.

POP ARTS PURPOSES:To advance the education of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities(SEND) and/or disadvantaged young people (i.e. Looked After Children and/or young people inreceipt of Pupil Premium funding) within the United Kingdom, through the encouragement of thearts including, without any limitation, film, animation, drama, dance, singing and music.

Super Siblings is a charity that supports children who have siblings with additional needs. We provide Monthly session to help them meet and interact with other children in similar situations to themselves, to give them a form of respite and enable them to have fun in a safe and understanding space. During session we play group games and enjoy challenges,arts & crafts, baking and just socialising.

We are a group of fully checked friends who aim to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere. We seek to ease the trauma of living with cancer , dementia; long term health conditions and isolation and loneliness by helping in the home, collecting prescriptions, facilitating visits to hospital and medical centres. We also help to provide a social life and respite breaks where appropriate.

The preservation, protection and improvement of the physical environment, the promotion of all forms of participatory arts and the relief of sickness and the preservation and protection of good health by the provision of facilities, accommodation and ancillary services for respite and recuperation of persons undergoing medical treatment.

The advancement of education, working under the guidance of the Indian government to provide education to 230 of the poorest children in the area. Advancement of citizenship or community providing funds to build a number of community centres which are also used as medical centres. Medical needs are provided to all the children who attend the school/orphanage. Clothes shoes and food are provided.
