Provision of grants for holidays or respite care to people in United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland suffering long term severe disability for individuals left severe physically disabled (Wheelchair user, dependent on ventilation for more than 16 hours a day or the equivalent) consequent to neurological or neuromuscular disorders

The trust owns six almshouses at St Silas Road, Blackburn, where it provides accommodation for the elderly residents. The trust has more recently acquired one additional property which is a flat at Fairhope Court Blackburn which was transferred to it from another Charity pursuant to an order of the Charity Commission and a resident has now been appointed to occupy this flat.

We provide a meeting place for elderly citizens (50 years and over) domiciled Hullbridge and surrounding area. Cooked lunches provided twice weekly.. Entertainment includes , Card making,Pottery,Bingo, Line dancing, Indoor bowls, Keep fit classes, Craft groups, Art Group and Darts etc...

We provide a free, confidential voluntary service offering extra care to those living with life limiting illnesses and support to their carers in Leighton Buzzard, Linslade and the district. Our service provides an opportunity for clients to have someone to talk to outside of the family unit, or for their carers to have some respite.

Community, Church, Nursery & Academy, Men's meetings, Youth (Reach the streetz), Ladies meetings, etc. Fundraising for other charities, Visiting elderly people's residential homes. We cater for all members of the community who wish to come and see us. Marriage counselling service

To offer an alternative arts education to orphans and vulnerable children in Kenya's most deprived city slums. We link up with charity schools and orphanages to provide workshops in Music, Dance (inluding Ballet), Art, Drama and Circus. We now also provide the aforementioned workshops in Malawi in addition to Kenya.

Grants for (1) Kavanga Hospital Children (Uganda) (2) Missionary Aviation Fellowship (Papua) (3) Indian Orphanages (4) Lutherans in Kenya and (5) a Churchworker in Australia & Zimbabwe

Charity has several projects: supporting the community [families, single men or women] who are in need of food supplies through food banks. Support to those in prison [men or women] or families with the criminal justice processes, including court hearings/prison visits. Support carers of Autistic children or adults [any age] by providing a safe and quiet environment sharing info/signposting .

Grants to schoolchildren and students resident in Brancaster, Deepdale, Thornham and Titchwell. Almshouse accommodation for elderly people with a residential qualification in above mentioned villages.

The purpose of the charity is the relief of persons caring for people with Mid Stage Dementia within the family or home (who do not qualify for NHS support and do not have sufficient resources for private care in Bucks).Respite community carers will be paid for by the Charity from funds raised, they will be Dementia trained from an organisation under the umbrella of Quality Care Commission,

The Mothers' Union provides Christian care for families worldwide. In the Bath & Wells Diocese in 2018 we had 1141 members. We have three Child Contact Centres and a Passionate about Parenting project; we provide Away From It All Holidays for families in adversity; we provide knitted and sewn items for local special baby units and residential homes; and support the Mothers' Union work worldwide.

We over a lunch service three days a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10.30am - 2pm all traditional meals home cooked. Anyone over the age of 55 can attend members and non members are all welcomed. We also offer companionship where friendships are formed, warm space and general advice. We also run a Snooker club twice weekly and Bingo every Friday 2.15pm-4.15pm.

A religious organisation, holding Christian services, Sunday School & prayer meetings. We retain a minister for officiating services. We are based in Ladywood and are open daily for one to one spiritual guidance. Weekly, run a free breakfast morning feeding 15 - 30 homeless. We host hostel tenants for a meal at Christmas. Helping low-income families and an orphanage abroad.

We are currently focusing our charitable efforts supporting education and poverty relief in Cambodia.This includes providing grants to support the day to day running costs or care centers / orphanages including assisting with the purchase of food, firewood, electricity, medicine and hygiene supplies etc.We undertake fundraising events and secure donations through private & corporate donors.

The main purpose and activity of the Fund is to render assistance to American and British citizens in Italy in connection with hardship arising from ill health.

Everything Ellie was created to relieve the needs of young people with life threatening or life limiting illness, or families who are affected by the impact of terminal illness in the South West of England by: a) Providing short term respite, andb) Making grants to charities local to the South West of England.

We produce Musical Shows, plays and Concerts in the Alcester/Redditch area. We perform a major musical in October at the palace Theatre and a Spring show in Alcester at Easter. We donate money to local charities from collections at our main events throughout each year. At Christmas we produce concerts for local charities, care homes, hotels and stately homes.

For the public benefit, the relief and assistance of people with complex medical needs who are registered disabled throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland by providing them with respite accommodation which is inclusive and accessible.

The relief of poverty and hardship among needy, poor and orphaned children in India through the provision of shelter and nutrition, health, education, general welfare and vocational training programmes, and in particular to support the work of TRUST (Thirumaran Rural Upliftment Stable Trust) and the TRUST Children Home in rural Vengadampatty, Tamil Nadu, South India.

We operate 3 day centres for our elderly members across Mansfield and Mansfield Woodhouse. The centres normally open for one day per week and provide friendship, support and help to combat isolation. Activities include games, some entertainment, outings and seasonal parties. The Mansfield Woodhouse day centre operates for an additional day per week, at which they provide craft activities.
