We raise funds in Europe to care for destitute and unwanted babies in the Indian countryside and in particular at our orphanage in Buldana. We also provide food for malnourished tribal children and make grants for blind/deaf/disabled children.

Alton Men's Shed is equipped with a range of tools, materials and a social area, in which mainly retired men can socialise and make things for themselves & for local charities & voluntary organisations. Additionally, we undertake projects in the community through liaison with care homes & other local charity management teams. Member's experience & skills are shared to motivate each other on tasks.

We give a service to the community by giving free education free medical treatment basic health care and needs. We run a farm and a orphanage. The farm is used to provide education and assist the centre with its many projects this includes free meals to all needy children all day and night school are for all ages in basic skills.

To advance education and relieve persons who are in a condition of need, by equiping young men with training and bicycles to go out to remote villages, to bring relief teaching to help bring them out of poverty, and by providing orphanages and schools in deprived and remote areas in the World. To provide a UK based retreat for Christians to explore and renew their faith.

We provide facilities in a modern building with a kitchen for many local groups. It is open to all regardless of gender, colour, race or creed.All ages are catered for ranging from a baby exercise class run by the local authority, to an over 60's group.

All money we raise is used directly to help those who we are supporting, with specialist equipment, respite care, therapies, support for their specialist placements, and also for days out for the kids and their siblings

Life in the Nations is a FAMILY minded church with a heart for the local community. We do what we can to reach the people of our village and the surrounding areas. We also have a much wider international interest with links in India, Africa, Bulgaria, etc. We have an orphanage in south India where we currently have 38 children. We want to extending the building as there is a great need.

Centred on Holt and the surrounding district, we offer social support and access to activities for those living with dementia and respite for their carers through provision of 2 weekly cafes, a home visiting service and a twice monthly afternoon cafe, plus information and advice on our website and newsletters, dementia awareness training and participation in local dementia friendly initiatives.

65 thousand hours of respite in the form of weekends away and day trips for adult carers and under sixteen's plus, monthly coffee mornings with booked activities, identified new carers, increased our membership and provided other services like advocacy, made new alliances with other charity's and local Government services.

A Day Centre, every Thursday, for those suffering from memory loss and who are not in full-time residential care.The aim is to provide a stimulting day in a safe and happy environment. The day, from 10.00am to 2.30pm includes a wide range of activities to connect with different abilities.

Friends of Street Children Bangladesh supports work with street children. Our main partner is LEEDO, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We raise funds to support their work, for example fundraising meals. We raise funds online with Peoplesfundraising.com. LEEDO undertake outreach and education on the streets and run a Peace Home for children with no other options.

The charity relieves the needs of children and young people in the care system by providing essential resources such as, but not limited to, bags, suitcases and holdalls to children and young people who are either at risk of becoming looked, currently looked after by the local authority, or entitled to leaving care services.

The Sri Lanka Christian Association raises funds by staging various concerts, dances, fashion shows, etc. and also with the collection monies at our Annual Carol Service we help the poor and needy, especially children and other groups, including the aged, blind, orphanages, and various others who are unable to make a living in Sri Lanka.
