Sussex Mark Benevolent Fund operates for the benefit of such distressed Brother Mark Master Masons of the Province of Sussex, their widows, children, and dependents or for the benefit of such other Masonic Charities or other charitable institutions, societies or organisations as the Trustees shall decide.

To make charitable grants and to provide financial and other support in order to alleviate hardship suffered by individuals or their families which has or may have arisen in connection with an individuals service or assistance in a mountain and/or cave rescue organisation or operation. Exclusions apply and are contained in the Declaration of Trust and application form.

The Fund is largely made up of subscriptions from members. Donations by private and public bodies are also very welcome.

Providing financial support to needy members and their families of the Hampshire branch of the National Farmers Union and to make donations to The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution and other charities of assistance generally to the farming community.

The Gresham Benevolent Fund provides relief of financial hardship by the provision of grants to individuals in need, as well as educational initiatives to promote self-development, growth and financial security.

The charity aids pupils and occasionally former pupils of Alleyn's School Dulwich who need financial support. This is usually in support with tuition fees, school transport or enabling bursary holders to go on school trips

The charity supports local charities within the Gloucestershire & Herefordshire counties with small to medium grants,ranging from £100.00 to £10,000. It also seeks to secure match funding from the main Mark Masonic Benevolent Fund where grants are required to support larger charitable projects. The monies raised to support the Charity are from members of the Mark Masons within the Province.

TO PROVIDE COMFORTS EITHER IN CASH OR KIND FOR THE RELIEF OF THE AGED POOR AND OTHER DESERVING PERSONS RESIDING WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF ANDOVER AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICT IN THE MEMBERSHIP AREA OF THE CLUB AND TO MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS TO AND TOWARDS THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

Assistance and relief of UK Society of Radiographer members & former members and dependants in necessitous financial circumstances, in particular the old, sick or incapacitated

RECEIVES DONATIONS FROM MASONIC AND NON-MASONIC ORGANISATIONS AND MAKES GRANTS TO MARK MASONS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS AND TO MASONIC CHARITIES.

To apply the income of the fund:1. For the assistance or relief of need of any medical practitioner who has practised in Somerset, or his or her immediate dependents.2. To support the costs of the medical training of the child of such a practitioner3. To contribute to such other medical charities as the trustees shall see fit.

The distribution of funds to the needy poor incapacitated and elderlly or such other charitable purposes as the members of The Rotary Club of Hendon direct.

For the benefit of the poor and needy living in the area of the Rotary Club of Grimsby or for the benefit of such other charitable institutions as the Rotary Club of Grimsby may determine.

To help members and former members of the Incorporated Association of Organists or their dependents who have fallen on hard times.Grants to dependents of members or former members of the IAO to assist with course or examination fees in respect of tuition on the pipe-organ.

Donations to primarily local organisations to aid them in general or a specific activity.

The Fund provides an additional source of income to its beneficiaries together with annual Christmas hampers to eligible individuals.
