We support the lonely and bereaved by providing trained volunteers to befriend lonely people in Chorley and surrounding area by visiting them at home for an hour each week. We host 3 After Loss Groups for the bereaved to help them pick up the threads of a social life. We have over 40 hosted Talkin Tables in Chorley & South Ribble encouraging the lonely and isolated to go out & meet new friends.

The Charity objects are the relief of those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, particularly, but not exclusively, parents who are bereaved due to multiple birth child loss, by the provision of butterfly memory packs, grants, education on bereavement, advice and signposting, raising awareness on multiple birth child loss.

Heartline supports children with heart disorders and their families, whatever the condition, wherever it is treated. We provide an online Forum, 'Heart Children' , a comprehensive handbook for parents, wetsuits for heart children, caravan holidays and activity breaks for heart children and separately their siblings. We offer bereaved families a place to remember their child.

The main activities of the charity are practical support or individual counselling to relieve suffering and mental ill-health amongst the recently bereaved, prevent the need for hospital admission, work in close association with health staff and social services, train others who care for the bereaved, and to create and promote informed public opinion on the needs of the bereaved.

The Charity mainly provides out of hours burial services for the Muslim communities of Leicestershire. The Charity is also a cunsultative body on issues relating to Muslim burial and bereavement.

The charity's aim is to support any children and young people (aged 5-18) in Redditch and North East Worcestershire who have suffered the immense trauma of losing a mum, dad, brother, sister or other significant person.

We provide a support service to those diagnosed with Dementia and their carers and families. Primarily we cover the Wendover area.We are a team of volunteers that bring together different knowledge, skills and experiences. Our team includes two retired GPs, a palliative care nurse and bereavement specialist, a frailty care co-ordinator and a Dementia Champion who is experienced dementia care

Children and Families in Grief (CFG) offers free support to all South Devon Children, young people and their family or carers who have lost a significant person, through death.The CFG team consists of counsellors, professionals and volunteers.

The provision of a more personalised approach to the care of families who have lost a child, by providing items for bereavement rooms, clothing for the child, cuddle blankets, and other support we identify along the way. We hope to be able to work alongside other charities, by speaking at training events and in any other way we can.

Providing baby clothing and equipment up to age 2 years for those who are financially unable to provide for themselves. We provide and promote CPR and Lifesaving skills training through schools, colleges, councils and community groups. We carry out little acts of kindness including providing toiletry items to homeless people, young people living in hostel accommodation and victims of domestic violence. We provide bereavement resources for children and items to help families affected by the death of a child.

We offer free counselling for those facing an unintended pregnancy. Counselling is also offered to those who are suffering from baby loss following an abortion, miscarriage or stillbirth. All counsellers are fully trained and supervised
