To advance education and training of women and raise awareness in equality and diversity to help them find employment or become productively engaged whilst at the same time, improving their wellbeing and self esteem, including running development programmes and mentorship schemes and providing support, services and information to women suffering from distress and trauma due to sexual violence.

The Charity provides messages of encouragement and hope on social media for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. These provide encouragement and a community network for survivors to help them on their healing journey. The Charity signposts to resources and provides support workshops to enable that healing process.

We offer all women, a safe listening and learning space in which to share their thoughts for the relief of physical and mental distress. We offer emotional and practical support to women who are experiencing physical, mental or sexual abuse, in particular but not exclusively by providing a supportive interfaith and multicultural listening space for the public benefit of all women
