Green Futures is a Community Garden Project, which utilises the 3.5 acre site to provide gardening and horticulture activities for the benefit of North East Lincolnshire residents. Providing a community space for people to come together; promoting friendship and social inclusion in a welcoming environment, helping to improve people's health and well-being and improving capacity and skills.

We support our beneficiaries, mainly elder people with mental health needs, including dementia, and their carers. Our core project is the Chichester Lunch Club which is modelled on creating normal social interaction through a light lunch and afternoon activities. These lead to cognitive stimulation, development of confidence and increased self esteem and resultant new friendships.

Flynne's Barn is a place where young people living with cancer can come together and make connections in the beautiful surroundings of the Lake District. During their stay visitors can find friendship and support from others who are going through similar experiences. A range of creative and outdoor activities are offered to promote enjoyment and wellbeing.

Help older people living in south Lewisham improve their quality of life through befriending and helping them to access other services. To respond to the needs of older ,vulnerable, unsupported people in the community, regardless of faith or culture, through groups which meet regularly and offer companionship and an opportunity to share an interest.

Berry Brow Pre-School Playgroup is based in Berry Brow Methodist Church in the village of Berry Brow, Huddersfield. The Pre-School caters for children between 2 -5 years, we are open from 8.30 - 3.15pm each day. Parent & Toddler group is held on a Wednesday morning 8.45am - 11.00am. Offering affordable childcare, children attend pre-school to socialise and have fun while learning, through play

The charity runs activities for young people aged 6 and upwards.These activities included weekly group meetings, social activities, skill based activities. training opportunities and overnight camps.

The charity donates money to schools and students in the Arusha Archdiocese in Tanzania. It also sponsors young people from a Catholic secondary school in Derby who have just completed their A levels to visit schools and parishes there for three months. They are able to socialise with the Tanzanian students and help them with their English.

CHUG promotes the use of the canal for the benefit of the people of Hackney and the surrounding area. Its goals include educating and advocating for the canal and the associated environmental, historical and planning issues. Activities include Kingsland Basin clean up days, planning committee meetings, managing the moorings at Kingsland Basin and social events for basin residents.

Volunteers, who are all CRB checked and parents themselves offer friendship, support and practical help to families with children under 5 who are under stress to help prevent family breakdown.

The Rotary Club of Bognor Hotham Trust Fund raises funds by holding a variety of events, the largest of which is an 10K run held May each year. Other events include a Christmas float collection, as well other fund raising social events. The aim of the Club is to distribute all the funds raised to local & international charities and good causes, with an emphasis given to young people.

Headway Blackpool Wyre and Fylde aims to provide information, support and social activities for people suffering from acquired brain injury. We also aim to support carers, family and friends. Perhaps most importantly, we offer the chance to share experiences knowing that the group members understand some of the problems and difficulties that acquired brain injury brings.

Main area of activity is promoting and offering local events classes on various topics in Jewish education and life. We'll run social events across the spectrum of the community. We've specially tailored courses and events to help develop Jewish culture and acceptance groups through the community. We also introduce the local community to those who are not affiliated to any group or community.

Our aim is to encourage young physically and/or sensory disabled people between the ages of 16-25 yrs to build a social network of non-disabled friends through one to one buddying. We also encourage disabled youngsters to play a fuller role in their community through active participation in the running of the charity as well as taking part in and organising educational and group social activities.

Centre for Social Inclusion provides advice, information and case-work in all areas of social welfare and OISC regulated immigration service at Level 2, day-time activities for older people to address loneliness and social isolation. The Centre also provides ESOl, Employment Support, A2, B1 Level English and Life in the UK preparatory classes.

We are an educational charity delivering trainings in Spiritual Companionship. This is a holistic and multifaith approach to pastoral care. We deliver a level 3 qualification, the Diploma in Practical Spirituality & Wellness, accredited by the Crossfields Institute and on the OFQUAL register. We also provide trainings in good practice in spirituality for service providers.
