The building continues to be used by outside organisations and the local clergy as well as the regular functions of a place of worship. A number of social events for members of the local community have also been held.We continue to support missionary and relief organisations both nationally and internationally.

We maintain links of friendship and understanding between Christians in Britain and Ireland and in the People's Republic of China, through exchange visits, study tours, conferences, educational materials and activities, a newsletter, and grants to charitable work in China.

Weekly open meetings were held for Christian worship, prayer, teaching and social activities. The building was open during the week to help and counsel church members including the local community. The main function of the West Maldon Community Association is the management of the Community Centre. We try to provide a first class centre at reasonable prices, for the people of West Maldon. Most of our funds come from the hire of the centre and we also run bi-monthly quiz nights and other fund raising social events. Most of our profits are used to maintain and improve the facilities.

As a church we meet publicly on a Sunday morning where we praise and worship God. We listen to God's word (the Bible) being taught as well as singing and praying together. Children are taught at a level and in a way that is appropriate for them. There is an opportunity for social interaction and informal fellowship. Say Aphasia is a charity that supports people living with aphasia. Aphasia is a communication disability which occurs when the communication centres of the brain are damaged. Say Aphasia offers drop-in groups based in the UK. The group is open for anyone with aphasia to attend. The groups provide an opportunity to socialise and meet other people experiencing similar challenges.

The MASE Groups offers friendship to Carers and their cared for who are on the dementia journey.It is a meeting place offering far more than tea and sympathy and is a way of unlocking doors for people, helping to avoid social isolation and enabling them to engage in activities to promote and protect the physical and mental health of their loved ones with Dementia in South Staffordshire.
