FRP's main areas of work are collecting and re-distributing waste paint, recycling office paper, organising waste exchange events, supporting communities to develop waste minimisation initiatives, and a volunteer programme enabling marginalised people to gain valuable skills and work experience through volunteering, reduce social isolation, and take positive action for their community.

ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH, PROCLAIMING THE CHRISTIAN GOSPEL THROUGH WORD AND DEED IN BIRMINGHAM AND BEYOND THROUGH SUNDAY AND MIDWEEK GATHERINGS. RELIEVING OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.

The activities include Sunday church services held at The Centre, Burnholme, York and a range of activities during the week held in homes, Cornerstone and other local venues, such as fellowship groups and young peoples activities. We run a local foodbank and offer support to our local community. We help individuals and organisations whose objectives align with our charitable aims.

The Trust's objectives are to use its income for the people in the Trust's area for:1) provision of gardens and open spaces2) support for recreation and leisure facilities3) support for education facilities4) relief of the aged, handicapped and poor.The Trust's area covers Great Tower Hill, Tower Hill and the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Providing support and information to women and girls who have suffered sexual violence or abuse; through helpline, Live Chat and email services. We also offer counselling and group work. In addition, we have an Independent Sexual Violence Advocate, aimed at Black and ethnically minoritised women.Working in partnership with commissioners, local groups, voluntary and statutory organisations.

RELIEF FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND SOCIAL/ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE AMONG PEOPLE LIVING/WORKING IN BRADFORD METROPOLTAN DISTRICT BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH GOODS+/SERVICES WHICH THEY OTHERWISE COULD NOT AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS. WE COLLECT UNWANTED NONPERISHABLE FOOD FROM ORGANISATIONS&BUSINESSES (AVERT IT GOING INTO LANDFILL)& DISTRIBUTE IT FREE TO ORGANISATIONS WORKING WITH THOSE IN NEED.

Home-visiting volunteers offer support, friendship and practical help to families with at least one child under 5 years of age. We also offer a cafe-type of informal group support.

To improve the quality of live of local people through a diverse programme of activities including social, recreational, sporting and educational projects, with a focus on the most vulnerable and disadvantaged.

The relief of necessitous persons who are or have been members of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, or any predecessor body, and of necessitous persons connected by ties of relationship or dependency at any time with persons who are or at any time were such members.

The Charity was established in 1959 by the late George Drexler and exists for such charitable purposes connected with the advancement of education or with the relief of poverty for the families of such persons and amongst former employees of the Ofrex Group and their families and makes awards for these purposes.

We offer specialist advice, information, casework, advocacy, counselling, freedom progamme and ESOL classes for women. We help BME women find safe temporary accommodation when fleeing domestic violence. We signpost women for immigration advice.We have weekly children's activities promoting confidence and building self esteem of all girls in Suffolk . We work with vulnerable women in Zimbabwe.

We combine education and livelihoods in programmes that work with children and families to deliver projects that will make a lasting difference to their lives. Whether the project ensures a community's children receive an education or helps communities save money and access loans to develop small businesses, we are empowering people to use their own energies to escape poverty.

Education of local people and those with a learning or physical disability or who are socially or economically disadvantaged in agriculture and animal welfare, including education in farming, horticulture, conservation, basic maths, and communication skills and training in horse riding, including carriage driving and horsemanship. Registered for Riding for the Disabled.

Merseyside Domestic Violence Services (MDVS) offers a free, confidential, and non judgemental support service for women and families who have experienced or maybe at risk of experiencing domestic violence. We have now developed our service into an Integrated Safety Service working with female victims and male perpetrators of domestic violence.

POVERTY SUPPORT

Home-Start I.O.W - A Voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families with children under five. Volunteers offer regular support, friendship and practical help to families experiencing difficulties, helping to prevent family crisis and breakdown. Support is also offered through group provision.
