The KEY Project provide a range of support services to disadvantaged young people in South Tyneside. We do this by offering: Floating Support, giving practical support to vulnerable young people in their properties; Prevention of Homelessness, mediating between young people and their parents/guardians. We work closely with the local authority, Housing Associations, church and community groups.

Sufra - NW London is a Community Food Bank and Kitchen, based in the London Borough of Brent, which aims to support disadvantaged families suffering food poverty in the local area.

To relieve the needs of, and promote social inclusion of, children and young people who are experiencing ill health or who have a disability and who are therefore socially excluded, their families, carers and friends by the provision of therapeutic, and inclusive play and recreational facilities and spaces. This is delivered in Bristol.

The Aziz Foundation is dedicated to supporting the most disadvantaged communities in Britain. The Foundation?s specific activities may include:? Grant making to individuals? Grant making to organisations? Providing facilities/office space ? Paid for consultancy and training support to organisations funded/supported? Other commensurate charitable activities

TO SUPPORT CARERS IN THE PROVISION OF CENTRE BASED AND OUTREACH SERVICES EG.SUPPORT GROUPS,HOLISTIC CARE,ADVOCACY,INFORMATION DATA BASE,SOCIAL EVENTS AND WELFARE BENEFITS ADVICE.

We provide support to women and children who have experienced domestic or sexual abuse. This includes safe, confidential accommodation for those that need it; and support to survivors living in the Rotherham area. We provide practical help with resettlement, referrals to other agencies and emotional support to aid recovery from the trauma and loss associated with domestic and sexual abuse.

The charity runs a school for children over the age of 5 and also gives aid to needy Talmudical students and makes grants to the poor and needy.

Relief of unemployment through vocational training and job creation. Beneficiaries are unemployed who may be disadvantaged or marginalised. Support will be available to all, but will focus on the Jewish community via grants and investment in charities, social enterprises, businesses or any other projects. The Trustees of the Foundation may consider other applications for smaller grants.

To afford assistance to members and former members of The Institution of Civil Engineers who are in need and to their dependants

The ENN was set up in 1996 by an international group of humanitarian agencies to accelerate learning and strengthen institutional memory in the emergency food and nutrition sector. The ENN produces a tri-annual publication, Field Exchange, 'Special Supplements' on cutting-edge programming, initiates research and coordinates an international collaboration on infant feeding in emergencies.

Wide range of professional services for children, young people, adults, families and communities of Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. Services include therapy, support, projects, interventions, prevention and reduction of; anti-social behaviour; and online sexual abuse and exploitation. We also provide advocacy, information, campaigns, educational workshops, conferences and group work.

AF&V LAUNCHPAD'S PURPOSE IS TO REDUCE THE INCIDENCE OF HOMELESSNESS, UNEMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL DEPRIVATION AMONG VETERANS BY PROVIDING RENTED ACCOMMODATION IN A SINGLE SITE, SPEKE HOUSE IN LIVERPOOL AND AVONDALE HOUSE IN NEWCASTLE. ONCE HOUSED, LAUNCHPAD ENCOURAGES VETERANS TO ENGAGE THE NUMEROUS ORGANISATIONS THAT OFFER HELP WITH TRAINING, SEEKING EMPLOYMENT AND FINDING PERMANENT ACCOMMODATION.

Provision of support, advice and accommodation to adults and children who have suffered or at risk of suffering domestic abuse.

Dentaid The Dentaid Charity provides outreach dental services and oral health programmes for people experiencing homelessness, harm, poverty and abuse. In the UK, the charity has mobile dental units with clinicians providing life-changing care for those experiencing health inequalities. The BrightBites oral health programme delivers messages about toothbrushing, diet & the importance of brushing

Grief Encounter is one of the UK?s leading child bereavement charities providing pioneering services and support to bereaved children, young people and their families.

Provision of relief and assistance for persons in need who are or who have been admitted to the Roll of Solicitors for England and Wales, or who are or have been married to or are or have been the civil partner of solicitors so admitted, or who are or have been dependants of solicitors so admitted.

The principal business of the Fellowship of St Nicholas (FSN) is to support children and families, particulary those suffering the effects of poverty, disadvantage, neglect and abuse.

The Foundation invites applications for funding of projects through various sources. The applications ar reviewed by the trustees who ensure that they are in accordance with the Foundation's objectives which are to relief poverty and sickness, to advancement of education and to help with any other charitable objectives at the discretion of the trustees.

Empower Global works as Family Church - Empowering communities through local church congregations. Empower Global supports relief work and missionary organisations overseas. The work of Family Church in our local communities aims to relieve poverty and support the peope local to us through initiatives, ongoing projects and community engagement.
