The objective of the Charity is the relief of poverty, both material and emotional in England & Wales and abroad through: the person to person involvement of its voluntary members engaged in befriending and through 'Special Works' , which are projects established to address specific needs in the local community

Bauer Media's Cash for Kids is a grant-giving national charity with regional teams operating in 23 locations across England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Our mission is to improve the lives of disadvantaged children who are affected by poverty, illness, neglect or have additional needs.

Redwings operates sanctuaries and rehoming across England, Scotland and Wales. Our primary purpose is to provide and promote the welfare, protection and care of horses, ponies donkeys and mules that have suffered from maltreatment, neglect or poor circumstances, through rescue, rehabilitation and sanctuary care, and by educating people

To relieve persons, in any part of the world, who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress (including starvation, sickness or any disability or affliction) and primarily, but not exclusively, when such need, hardship, or distress is the result of national or international disaster, war or civil disturbance or by reason of their social and economic circumstances.

Penny Appeal provides poverty relief across Asia, the Middle East and Africa, with dedicated programmes to help the poor and needy by building wells, caring for orphans, providing nutritious food, delivering emergency aid in response to crisis situations and providing healthcare. Penny Appeal also works in the UK to help homeless people and women who have experienced domestic abuse.

Humanity Inclusion UK (HI UK) is the operating name of Handicap International UK.Humanity & Inclusion is an independent aid organisation working alongside disabled and vulnerable people in around 60 countries affected by poverty, conflict and disaster.Our vision is a world of solidarity and inclusion, enriched by our differences, where everyone can live in dignity.

THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ORTHODOX JEWISH FAITH, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS, POOR HEALTH AND OLD AGE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO PEOPLE LIVING IN ISRAEL.

We support children who are seriously affected by financial hardship by providing grants for tailored groups to help individual families and young people overcome specific issues they face:-essential items, eg beds, cookers etc-school fees where home circumstances are seriously affecting development,We also commission research and undertake projects based on insights from our grant giving

The charity works with and supports 650 people with learning disabilities and/or autism. The main activities are 1 - Choices supported living schemes & community support, 2 - housing, 3 - shared lives scheme and 4 - Active Lives, day time opportunities such as supported employment, travel buddy scheme, friendship groups, education, training , creative arts and sports and leisure.

The education of poor or needy children

We currently deliver more than 50 high-quality services to find long-lasting solutions to the challenges faced by many across the UK - including poverty, abuse problems, offending and other social issues. By partnering with local authorities, supporters and other funding bodies, we come alongside children and their families to help them to work together to find long-lasting solutions.

Activities includes programmes in the following areas; schools, disability, amateur sport, health, social inclusion, women and girls and volunteer programmes. Programmes, consist of three core activities - education, suitable physical activity and social inclusion.

The advancement and promotion of the Christian religion and Christian religious education of the public, advancing public knowledge of other world faiths with significant communities in the United Kingdom. Encouraging and developing leadership amongst young people and supporting disadvantaged young people and those frail or lonely through old age and disability.
