Bristol Spear oversees the running of the Spear Centre in Bristol. In joint venture partnership with Resurgo Trust, Bristol Spear runs a free twelve-month programme beginning with an intensive six-week foundation phase aimed at getting disadvantaged young people (16-24) year olds ready for work, followed by support to find work or relevant further training.
