Promote education in West Wales for people of all ages in skills of seamanship and sailing, arts, heritage culture and creative engagement that supports wellbeing and greater connections with local communities and their maritime past. Encourage participants to learn more about sailing, maritime environments and traditional vessels and in particular through sail training and passage on Tall Ships
