THIS CAN BE THROUGH ABANDONMENT, MALTREATMENT OR POOR CIRCUMSTANCES. WE ALSO ENSURE SAFE REHOMING, PROMOTE NEUTERING AND CHIPPING OF CATS IN OUR CARE.
