IT IS NOT WITHIN THE REMIT TO SETTLE DEBTS, OUTSTANDING BILLS, EDUCATIONAL COURSES, HEALTHCARE TREATMENT, ETC. RESPITE BREAKS ARE CONSIDERED ONLY IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
