The objects of the Centre are to foster and promote the maintenance,improvement and development of artistic taste and the knowledge understanding and appreciation of the arts among the inhabitants of Bollington and to provide facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation for such persons in the interest of social welfare and for improving conditions of life for the Town inhabitants.
