CAFPH provides culturally sensitive and appropriate support around health and well-being, HIV/AIDS support, children and young people at risk of social exclusion, low education attainment and anti-social behaviour, trafficking, sexual exploitation, employment and skills building, entrepreneurship, family support and working to reduce isolation and loneliness for the BAME.
