We provide 14 self-contained flats for self-caring residents over the age of 60 years and ideally with some local connection to the village of Aylesford, Kent. Three of the flats have larger bedrooms and can accommodate couples. There is a common room and adjacent small kitchen but no other communal facilities are provided. There are some local shops and services and some bus links to Maidstone
